Mixing the Citrulline with
2 years ago I put a gym in my garage with light and medium weights. Then I began a regimen of 3g Citrulline Malate mixed in water with 5g Creatine at 6am and another 3g Citrulline Malate at 1pm. I exercise 40 minutes a day: alternate days I ride a stationary bike 25m and weights for the other 15m and the next day 40m with the weights. The capper was combining of the Citrulline Malate with the Creatine. The Citrulline Malate helps my blood flow which besides giving me enough energy to exercise each day also clears my mind. I'm now 83 and my BMI dropped over the two years from 28 to 21. I eat lightly the same types of food that I always have, and I'm writing my first book. This is a good life!

Works like a Charm!
No scoop wasn't a problem. The powder comes in a good container, which makes it easier to scoop out. I mix 2 tsp with 32 oz of water, I drink throughout the day. I have no problems with the powder dissolving. This stuff works!

No Way to Know How Much to Take
The label clearly says Serving Size 1 Scoop (3000 mg. approx). When received no scoop was at the top. Emptied contents into a bowl and no scoop was found. Contacted Best Naturals and was told "We do not provide scoop for any of our product. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you." Seriously? How does one know that size of a scoop? Needless to say I would not recommend this product.

Excellent choice
Picked up this to add to my pre workout. It’s dissolves easily and when correctly used its strength and effectiveness is adequate. It’s a great value for the money and using it has added to my energy level and improved my workouts.
