I have gone from Acer Predator XB271HU 1440p 144hz IPS to LG 27GN950-B 4k 144hz NANO-IPS to this monitor. I for one Really enjoy the Acer brand and Predator line of monitors. They look really good to me aesthetically. I have tried Asus Monitors in the past and have been disappointed with the quality of the product. Acer has come through everytime. This monitor is the best I have ever used. The clarity is insane. I prefer a matte coating, but I will admit it does cause some grain to the image quality. At least it used to on my old monitors. When the monitor is in use. I see no grain.True 4K content is SO CLEAR so vivid. Everything looks so real. When I first set up the monitor. I turned HDR on and felt like the colors looked great but were off. I also would put a new tab in firefox on full screen and I would see these horrible square shaped columns that seemed like artifacts or matte grain. I realized HDR is bad. Out of the box SDR this monitor is well calibrated. But I also have a calibrator to fine tune. Once I used it for a few days, I noticed the square pillars seemed to have dissipated . My eyes needed time to also adjust to this new tech and clarity. I am not sure if I witnessed new pixels settling down or matte coating. IT really had me bummed until I got my settings right. I dont see any weird artifacts anymore. I realized after a few days that the monitor is so clear that I am seeing so much new detail that it looks like something is wrong. It just makes everything much more clearer. My previous monitor, the LG 27GN950-B, replaced my old 1440p predator as my side monitor. It was a semi glossy. This one is matte. I so much prefer this matte than any glossy. The blacks on this monitor are so deep and real it is insane. Your eyes will need to adjust. Especially in my case. having nano ips right next to it. The colors on this monitor are unmatched. The clarity and realism is insane. I believe W-OLED is the superior tech right now. There are no downsides. Coming from all the different edge lighting techs that always have backlight bleed to this stunner with no backlight bleed and true blacks is really night and day. I would recommend watching "the black" demo by LG on youtube. 4K Japan channel has really good 4K content as well. I am a gamer. I play mostly Apex Legends and Dead by Daylight nowadays. Some FFXIV. Fps tracking is so much better at 240hz. I personally believe I would benefit from 360hz. But We dont have the tech for that at 4K yet. The monitor that replaces this one and makes it my side monitor will have to be absurd. DBD looks really detailed and the goofy colors in that game look amazing on this screen. FFXIV looks really nice and flows nice. I havent played it much though with this monitor. The 240hz and oled makes motion blur non existent. I got this monitor on sale for $821 USD. I said I was going to wait for these new OLEDs to drop below $900~1000 before I buy. I just happened to look into the 4k monitors available to see if price dropped and saw this sitting there with 1 left. I was going to have to buy the Asus or LG monitors because those were all I had seen for a year. I have not seen any advertisement for this monitor. There is 1 or 2 youtube video reviews. This monitor has no exposure and it is the best one available IMO. I am so glad I stumbled across this and didnt buy an Asus again. If you can get this on sale, do it. I believe this monitor doesnt get much exposure because it is matte finish and most reviewers hate matte with a passion. I dont know why Acer hasnt spent money promoting it. I have bought two monitors from them and have enjoyed them both. I think I will continue to buy Acer Predators in the future as long as they continue to produce quality. I have i513600k, 7900XTX. I can maintain 180-240 fps in Apex 4K with settings really low. Average around 230 I would say. Waiting for UDNA gpu to upgrade and max this monitor out. I may add photos later.

Did a lot of searching for a monitor that would get the most out of my new 5070 ti build without being shockingly expensive. This hit where I wanted to be in that chart of performance to price. It looks great. I had heard that OLED was impressive, and it turns out, yeah, it is great to look at any resolution. The response is smooth, I've had no problems with gaming or watching videos. Surprisingly light for its size, so it was easy to mount it to my existing monitor arms. All around a great choice. No regrets.

It's much different than what I'm used to. The image quality is like you're in an edit. 480hz is great for competitive. the 240 hz 4k is amazing me in cyberpunk so much that I'm doing a new playthrough into the DLC. I'm going to leave this at 5 stars. I made sure to get the 3 year warranty, It comes with premium service. The video might not even do it justice. But I recorded it in 4k for you. If you have anymore questions let me know.
