I got this as my partner has trouble sleeping. I thought this would knock him out.The spray is very easy to use, you just pump 4 sprays into your mouth and swallow. It has a nice cherry flavour. I did find that the spray nozzle is quite wide, so you have to open your mouth quite a bit, or put it right in.I also used the spray as I was having difficulty sleeping as I could always hear him pace around the house. So we both put the full 4 sprays in our mouth. Within half an hour I was out like a light and never woke up once.When I did wake up though, it felt like I had taken a sleeping tablet. My head was quite heavy and I didn't want to wake up (so I'll only do 2 sprays the next time). I did feel tired for about an hour after I woke up, but after that I was fine.I asked my other half how he slept, and he said that it didn't really do anything for him. You could also put that down to a stressful situation he is going through at the minute. A few days later he tried again and it did work a bit better for him.I'm going to try it again tonight (as it is the weekend) to see if it has the same effect on me as it did last time.
