Amazing Professional Product - A Way-Too-Detailed Review
I've always wanted to try a lash lift because my eyelashes are stick straight & have *never* held a curl even with an eyelash curler, but I don't really have the time or money for a salon. I was really skeptical of these at home lash lift kits based on some of the reviews I read for other brands, until I stumbled upon Lashview's kit. I chose Lashview for a few different reasons: - They had significantly less reviews than the other brands on Amazon, but all of them were rave reviews & zero statements from customers about being bribed to remove their negative feedback. - Included all the necessary tools and applicators vs the other brands that only include the solutions + silicone eye pads + lash tool - Professional packaging and materials. You'd see any & all of the contents in any esthetician's studio. - Individually packaged solutions(10 of each!) I read online many experienced a lack of strength in the solution the second time using it with other brands/found it stopped working, which I imagined was due to the product losing its integrity once exposed to air. The individual packets eliminate this issue. - Well known UK brand that makes professional products vs all the other dubious (and clearly Chinese manufactured) brands available on Amazon. Thoughts upon opening & using the product: - Very clear & detailed instructions compared to other brands (saw so many complaints about the lack of detail & how they were clearly translated into English/illegible) - Every item in the box was manufactured in the UK & USA (really not trying to lose an eye, sorry) - even the little plastic applicators! - Includes these cute & convenient little rings to hold the product while you're applying it that I did not expect. Makes you feel like a pro! - After reading so many reviews on various brands of lash kits, all mentioned the glue included in these kits sucked and to use regular falsie glue. I spent a literal 3 HOURS attempting to glue down the silicone eye pads with Ardell lash glue without any success! I finally broke down out of frustration and used the included glue and it's AWESOME. I was able to finish both eyes in less than an hour after that including processing time. I wish I had trusted Lashview's glue to begin with as I have many regrets after the repeated rubbing/glue removal every time the pads fell off. My eyelids are sore, raw, and angry and I almost gave up until I tried the Lashview glue. Make sure you use only the items this kit contains! - Once you figure out exactly what to do, the whole thing goes very smoothly but there's definitely a learning curve if you're new to stuff like this. You should be up and running *way* faster than I was if you use the included glue (and be sure to watch Lashview's online tutorial video via Youtube before you begin!) My second time using this kit will probably go super quickly. My results? I LOVE THEM!!!! You can finally tell I have eyelashes! I did my second eye much better as I had the hang of it by then. I'm considering going back in and re-curling the first eye I completed, but I probably won't bother as you can barely notice the difference. I seriously cannot believe such an amazing product is this affordable. I will buy it over and over again! Now for the downsides: - It's pretty messy, so make sure to protect your work area - but honestly, most of the mess was due to my failed attempts at using falsie glue, lol. The glue it comes with isn't messy or gummy at all - it's clear & way thinner and sort of flakes/peels off instead. I've heard the perming solution can bleach, so try not to wear any black when you're doing this just in case! - Lots of typos/spelling mistakes/grammatical errors in the instructions that took away from the otherwise professional look & feel of the product. Normally that's something that would put me off and assume a Chinese manufacture, but the instructions were so clear & detailed in addition to the overall appearance, contents, and the results being so amazing that it wasn't that big of a deal to me. **Please edit ya'll, it will seriously add to the amazingness of this product!** - I kinda wish this kit came with the legit silicone rods the pros use instead of the silicone eye pads and even considered ordering them separately. The pads cover a much larger area, therefore way more glue to pick off your eyelids. The pads seem to work fine & I'll probably stick with them, but you may have an easier time with the rods.

Takes a bit of practice but worth the effort!
First of all, I'm doing this on myself so it's a little more difficult than I imagine having someone else do it to you. So if you're nervous about trying it (especially the first time), I suggest a trusted friend to apply it to you. But if you're like me and you can't use the buddy system right now, it is possible to self-apply with a little practice. First, I would suggest watching a few youtube how to videos. A lot of them have little tricks and tips that help. Second, apply one eye at a time. I squeezed out half of each packet it its own little ring holder to use on the first eye and left the remaining amount in the packet until I was ready for the second eye. Works like a charm. Also, know that this is going to take a little practice. The first time I tried it, I didn't cut the rubber rods down enough, I couldn't get the glue to stay stuck, I think I got some of the stuff in my eye because it burned like crazy...there were lots of not polite words coming out of my mouth that day! In fact, I had pretty much sworn off the whole deal until I saw that it managed to lift my eyelashes a little even with my bumbling efforts. So much so that I decided I'd give it another try in 6 weeks to see if I could do any better the second time around (spoiler: the second time was easier). Normally my eyelashes stick straight out, but as you can see from the pictures, this kit really does work! (These were taken right after I finished the lift, so my one eye still has some of the moisturizer cream on the lashes...ignore that part). Here's my tips and tricks that I learned after some trial and error: Make sure the little rubber pads are small enough to be comfortable on your eye. I took a piece of paper and made marks with a pencil on the inside of each edge of my eye and then used that as a template to cut the rubber pads down to size. They won't stick if they're too big to lay flat on your lids. Don't be afraid to chop them down and round off the edges so they don't stab you in the eyelid. Next, I took my eyelash curler and curled all my lashes up to help them stay put. I didn't do that the first time and it was harder to glue lashes that were sticking straight out. At least the eyelash curler gets them pointed in the right direction. Next, really smear that glue on. Don't be stingy with it. My eyelashes stuck better the second time, but I still ended up putting a thin latex glove on one hand and using my finger to hold my eyelashes in place for the 12 minutes. Annoying but effective. Lastly, since I quit using mascara completely (it all smudges on me. Even the smudge proof, waterproof, whatever proof stuff. I got tired of looking like a raccoon so I quit using it) I wait 24 hours after doing this lift and then tint with 1000 hour lash tint. The combination of the lift with the tint gives me great looking eyelashes for about 6 weeks without having to mess with lash curlers or mascara. So yeah, it's a nice kit that takes a little bit of practice at first, but it really does work. I am impressed!

Don’t buy
This is probably the 6th lash perm kit ever purchased and used, so I’m not a novice. Unfortunately, it’s the worst set from other brands. I guess now I know why it’s so cheap. The silicon pads these kits come with are always worthless so I purchased separate lash pads that I’m obsessed with. The perm solution is weak, it doesn’t perm lash as instructed at 5-10 mins. I’ll try setting it for 12-15 mins next time and I hope that does the trick. Also, after use, the plastic plugs for the perm and fixation solutions don’t stay on, they pop off. I’m hoping having the cap over it will ensure the efficacy of these solutions. Also, when I tried washing the perm solution off the small swab sticks so I can reuse them, the tiny white tips came off. I’ve never had this happened with the swab sticks from other sets purchased. It’s a horrible, cheap set.

This product is worth trying 🧏🏻♀️
I give this product a 4/5 One: this was an amazing lash kit, Very easy to understand and use. Two: the only reason why I gave it a four out of five is because I am not a big fan of the lash glue, it drys up way to quickly and hard to work with. Three: the same with the under eye pach, it didn't want to stick under my eye and was uncomfortable to wear. Four: But overall I really love this product it made my eyelashes have so much volume and I will definitely purchase this again.

Highly Recommend
This was my second kit buying on Amazon. I tried this one because the price is great and I've never used the satchel before. I absolutely love the satchels! Before my stuff was in jars from a different brand and it did not last, these satchels are individually wrapped so it won't stay open and the solutions will last awhile. It was pretty easy to use, I still have a hard time getting very close to my lash line but it has never affected the outcome negatively. I forgot a before pic, but I took one before glueing my lashes. My lashes are long they just angle down.

Hooded Eyes Struggle
My first time using this was an absolute failure, I tried it out and was so frustrated with the time put in and didn’t get anywhere. After researching lash lifts I figured out that the rods and the glue in this bundle just isn’t the best, just toss this glue away and use something else! Not sure if the formula changed as I did see some previous reviews saying the glue was good which was strange because it was absolute garbage and hard to clean afterwards (hurt my eyelids too). The rods would not stay put or my lashes, I decided to purchase a different glue and this helped provide me a successful result with this kit and saved time (highly recommend libeauty lash balm and permania silicon rods - no glue needed for these rods). I did use the rest of the kit and the actual perm steps do work! If you are looking for a perming solution, this works, although the glue/rods did not work for me or my eye shape (have hooded eyes). The eye pads I didn’t really use either during the perm (they didn’t stick the best). I purchased a lash tint kit somewhere else and used these pads to protect my under eye skin area from the dye. Products I would toss: glue, eye rods (not very good for shorter lashes/hooded eyes), eye pads (useful for a lash tint but not the perm) would save if you plan to tint your lashes. Products I used: steps 1-3, the brushes and spoolies, ring cups, and the brush wand.
