I LOVE these mugs. They are beautiful to look at & stylish too. The size of the mugs is excellent. They are great for making the perfect cup of tea. China teacups & saucers are lovely for afternoon tea with friends, but when I want a CUP OF TEA....these mugs are just what I need. The shape is perfect & the handles are just the right size. They would work well as soup mugs too, although the amount they could hold would be smaller than the BIG SOUP MUGS. They arrived in perfect shape as the 4 mugs were individually placed in thick cardboard boxes, and then packed in another tight fitting cardboard box. I would have been shocked if any had broken or cracked. The colour is very pretty and calming. As I said, "I just LOVE these mugs"

The mugs are so charming and sturdy and they really keep my hot chocolate hot..a nice addition for my mug tree

Habe ich mir zu meinem Geburtstag geleistet. Seitdem ist es jeden Tag in gebraucht. War anfangs etwas besorgt wegen der Lieferung und das das Geschirr nicht im ganzen ankommt. Meine Ängste waren sehr schnell beseitigt als ich die verpackung sah. Jeder Händler kann sich ein Beispiel nehmen. Bei der Verpakungsart kann nicht kaput gehen. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Miese Tellerqualität - sind nach der ersten Verwendung bereits völlig zerkratzt! Reklamation direkt beim Händler wird ignoriert, Rücksendung aufgrund bereits entsorgter Verpackung nicht mehr möglich.... Der beiliegende Zettel, dass man gern direkt reklamieren kann ost echt für'n Hugo - Mail bringt garnix. Sehr schade, bin massiv enttäuscht!!! Update: Nach Reklamation via Amazon und meiner ersten 1-Stern-Bewertung sind wir kontaktiert worden und bekamen eine für uns akzeptable Lösung angeboten. Danke an den Hersteller / Händler, dementsprechend Bewertung angepasst.
