Great for seniors
Parents are in their 90s and can't see very well this phone makes it easier simple and the extra volume on earpiece is terrific 👍 all the way

Perfect
I purchased this for an uncle's birthday. He has severe eyesight issues. He loves this and it works great for him.

Octogenarian can use
After swapping out my dad’s smartphone for a flip phone so that he can reliably answer calls, I installed this big button phone so that he can make calls too. Backstory: 83, legally blind and showing his age. Should have installed this big button phone years ago!!If I were to improve it: I would add the ability to label the two preset buttons (just wrote in Sharpie above them) and maybe a few other ring tone options. That would be worth another $5 in cost.

Nice phone
Very helpful for my 85 y/o mom. The nice big number are easy to push.

Good phone
I returned this phone, because although the buttons are big, Ma doesn’t use the buttons. She uses one touch dialing and there is only two spaces for numbers on this phone for that. Also, it does not have talking caller ID where the phone bellows out who is calling. This is not the manufacturers problem, it’s mine for not reading the description more carefully.

Low quality
Does not last very long. Quality is extremely low. Buttons are particularly bad because they don't have good tactile feedback that a sight impaired person requires.

You can't turn the ringer off.
This phone works fine, but the buttons are a little hard to push and the ringer cannot be totally shut off. It is used as a land line for emergencies and is kept in the bedroom. This may be disturbing if someone calls early in the morning.

Great for Hard of Hearing Parent or Relative
The ringer is loud, it hooks up to a "land line" phone jack. This could be an actual land line from the few phone companies that still install these, or from a cable/internet type "land line". We used the cable/internet type phone "land line" at the phone worked with a problem.
