Works fast. I purchased my first bottle in a store and have been using it for about a month. This time of year ( summertime) i dont eat much food with iron in. I eat mainly vegetarian food and felt like it needed a boost. I had a few of the symptoms of iron deficiency such as tiredness, shortness of breath and pale skin but the day after I started to take this I felt my better. Less tired and my breathing went back to normal. After reading some reviews online I started with 1 dose of 10mls a day. Recommendation is 2 10mls a day but it can be hard on the stomach and found 1 10ml a day was enough. I now have it on subscribe and save.

May be expensive compared to other supplements. This has vitamin B and Iron. Taste good and digests easily. I prefer supplements in liquid form for body to absorb.

Very handy to have an iron supplement and liquid form for quick absorption. Please, however, do not take it on an empty stomach as directed on the bottle this will lead to heartburn or worse. Take a big glass of water immediately after it (at the very minimum) and after having had something to eat that day (not first thing in the morning). Please also do not exceed the recommended dosage (10 ml in one serving if you are an adult). Have noticed significant nail growth and hopefully hair growth will follow soon. Both have been growing very slowly since I became a vegetarian 10 years ago. This has definitely helped. My energy levels are about the same - although this may be because I haven’t been sleeping well due to other reasons. Lastly, the size is too big if only one person in the household is having it - it needs to be consumed within four weeks. So you’re better off getting 2 smaller bottles if that is the case.
