Contractor can’t install it
The faucet is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for; unfortunately I can’t use it. My bathroom is being remodeled and the contractors (experienced and trained) don’t know how to install this product. They said they don’t know how anyone could get this faucet installed. I would recommend the seller provide detailed instructions so that plumbers and contractors have a better guide.

This faucet is well made and quality- it’s not flimsy or cheaply made, even though it’s low- priced. This is a solid fixture for a bathroom. It works well.

Could be better
I needed to replace the spout for my tub filler so I decided to go for something that looks a bit different. The Greenspring Wall Mount Bathtube Faucet certainly looks great.This product comes with a valve, valve handle, and the spout. It is affordably priced and seems to be a pretty good deal.Installation was not easy. Coming out of my wall was about 4 inches of copper pipe coming out of it but this spout requires the pipe to be flush to the wall and the coupling that I used for it didn't fit the spout. I ended up having to get a shorter pipe and a coupler to make it work. The spout is then attached by press-fit on a rubber ring and held in place by a grub screw. This meant that without silicone adhesive behind the spout's plate, it would rotate in place.Water flow is good and didn't seem to affect the amount of time that it takes to fill up my tub, but I found that after the water is shut off, a lot of water stays inside the spout because it is flat on the inside. It's like there is simply a cavity inside the spout in the shape of the spout itself.I didn't use the valve as I didn't replace my existing thermostatic valve. I can't attest to the quality of it. Overall, it does what I need it to do, but i didn't have an easy time of it.

Great design
I love the modern design. This faucet looks amazing and is made of high quality parts. The black tone matches the rest of my bathroom and works perfectly, no leaks or issues whatsoever. Recommend
