Q: Is realy gluten free?

As far as I know it is gluten free. My daughter, who has Crohn's disease, does not eat gluten or wheat products and she loves them.

I think these are the best fruit snacks available, I buy them all the time and enjoy them greatly. The texture is awsome, they taste great and they're a healthy alternative to eating gummies. I recommend that you try them and see for yourself. Lastly, after you've purchased a box, at your local store, and see for yourself how great they are, buy them from Amazon because the cost is low compared to buying from the market.

Inside you will find 80 individual bags with about 10-12 gummies each. Great for lunch bags!

Q: Are these the fruit snacks you get in the frozen Kids Cuisine meals that are shaped like fruit?

I don't know about the frozen meals but they are shaped like fruit and are really good.
