Doesn’t work
Terrible service; took a month to finally receive something. Put it together and it doesn’t work. Can’t get anyone to respond to my emails to resolve this issue

great product , I actually don't mind ironing any more , so much better than standing for hours over traditional board, lots of setting , I use it just to do bedding and it does a good job ,easy to use , they are pricey but I wouldn't be without it now
