There ARE Pros and Cons (listed here)... but I love this thing.
So first I should say: I love this thing. It's a must have for me.I've been dealing with an INSANE amount of fruit flies and regular house flies lately and I have NO IDEA where they are coming from. I've taped up window edges, covered heater vents, made sure there are no holes in walls, ceilings floors, etc... I'm thinking they must be getting in through the doors whenever I open them for a split second but idk. Anyway, TONS of flies and fruit flies. They kept flying around me while I was trying to work. I had an electric flyswatter that I was using but like every 5 minutes I was getting distracted from work by annoying bugs.Set this thing up on my kitchen island, turned it on and ZAP! Immediately started zapping bugs! After about 30 minutes it had zapped 33 bugs (that I could count). I even took a picture of that after that 30 minutes (attached)! Now I hear zaps every once in a while but... no more insect problems! I haven't even seen a living bug in my house since I set this thing up. It's like they just head straight for this thing and nothing else, it's amazing! It's letting me concentrate on work! Finally! I'll hang it somewhere better later, but wanted to get it zapping bugs asap.PROS:- Obviously kills all the bugs I've been having issues with - mostly fruit flies and flies.- Silent while powered on (but loud when it zaps bugs - see below).CONS - and I should mention, these cons are nothing compared to the focus I can now achieve while working from home:- Loud... when it zaps, bugs EXPLODE - and you can definitely hear it. It's not crazy loud, like it's maybe 25% of a balloon pop. But like I said, you can definitely hear when it gets an insect.- When bugs get zapped, they sometimes explode (as mentioned above)... sending their pieces all over the place. I advise putting it over a hard surface that's easy to clean, as not all bugs (and bug parts) will land in the tray. MOST of the bugs DO land in the tray though.Overall I love it though. No more bugs bugging me :)

Hypnotizes flying bugs and lures them to their death!
Bought this Zapper because it was cheap and I was tired of being bitten by what I thought was a couple of mosquitos or fleas every night while sleeping.Turned this thing on, left it in my bedroom, ckosed the door and went downstairs to watch tv. Within two minutes I was startled by a loud zap.First victim dead on contact. That day I heard no less than 20 similar zaps. No telling how many bugs were killed when I was away. After clearing out my bedroom I have moved it from room to room to clear the whole house of what must have been a semi-infestation of small biting aereal insects. Today its in the kitchen.I gave it five stars for short term effectiveness and low cost. Will update if it stops working or something goes wrong later.Note: It seems that sometimes either bugs disintegrate on contact or they are propelled so far away that they arent on the tray or anywhere near the device.Who cares they're dead and less than a week later I can sleep comfortably knowing that I won't wake up in the morning itching from bug bites.P.S. Just as I was about to submit this review I heard yet another zap! Poetic justice.

Tiabo Bug Zapper Indoor - Works great
I purchased my first one Oct 2019, and the bulbs in it just died the end of May 2023. That is 31 months, and it has been plugged in and working for at least 27 months. I unplugged it a couple of time during the coldest part of the California winters. It has done wonders with the Mosquitoes that get into the house. (Of course increasing my outdoor maintenance plays a big roll also.) I have been very happy with it, and purchased a 2nd unit October of 2022 to use on my porch during Halloween. Over-all I am very happy with this purchase and have recommended it to friends and family.

This Zapper Zapped Itself!
This bug zapper worked great -- for two months. It killed all the flies and mosquitos in my kitchen, and continued zapping new ones when they arrived. The "zap" itself is very loud, and can definitely startle someone nearby. After two months, the bulbs went out. No warning signs, they just stopped shining. And the chance of two bulbs burning out at exactly the same time is highly unlikely. However, the metal grate part of the zapper still had the electrical charge running through it. I know this because even with the bulbs unlit there were still a few more zaps from the flies that landed there.A few minutes after the bulbs went dark, smoke started coming from the sides of the zapper. It was a horrible smelly gray smoke, and that odor remained for hours.I've been trying to figure out what may have caused the zapper to, well, get zapped. Nothing else changed in our house, and no other appliances had problems. All I can think of is maybe this zapper died because it was turned on for too long? When we got it, we plugged it in, turned it on, and that's it. So, this thing was running 24/7 for two months before it died.If it wasn't meant to be on constantly, then it's our mistake. But the manual said nothing to that effect. Overall, I was happy with the performance -- while it worked. Now I need a new one and I'm trying to decide if I should get a different brand, or get this one again and just remember to turn it off regularly.

Rubbish
This product did not work, it was faulty with sparks flying everywhere. Very dangerous and embarrassing for me as it was a Christmas gift to my daughter and her husband.

US only!
Operates on 110v and has us plug obviously which was really unclear on the site. Sadly can’t use in Australia
