Decent, but not enough resistance for squats
I wanted this to increase the resistance for squats. I usually use a 60lb weight vest, then add heavy workout bands (loop over shoulders and below feet) PLUS hold 15-20lb dumbbells - which is very awkward. I was hoping that this would be an easier way to add resistance to the weight vest. It IS less much more comfortable, but the bungee cords are probably not they claim - I think the 50lb + 30lb cords actually add up to about 40lbs of realistic weight (IMO).The platform is surprisingly flat and stable for hollow, single-molding plastic, and took my 200lbs + 60lbs without any signs of giving out. I think it would be smart to have a thin mat under this for grip/safety, which I thought was included from the pictures, but it was not. The bar comes in three pieces and screws together but it's actually very solid and has some weight to it.The platform is just wide enough for the length of my feet, though because of the taper, wide squat stances might be out of the question. You also have to be careful to not lift or shift your feet while using the bungee cords because the whole platform will lift up and that could go badly. The kit has some other options. The pushup contraption I don't understand the point of, since you can do the same thing using dumbbells and get more options. I have not tried the grips, ankle cuffs or anything else.

Lightweight yet fully functional workout board regimen
This Logard is lightweight; yet don’t be deceived by the first appearance and weight. This push-up board permits a full workout regime that includes not only push-ups, but also Pilates bar workouts, pull ropes coupled with pull bands. In essence everything one would need to develop and maintain a consistent fitness routine. As shown in my pictures the kit includes the push-up board, the board handles, carabiners, a Pilates bar, pulled ropes and pull band. In addition there is a convenient small mesh bag provided to stow your bands and attachments gear when not in use. Please note however, that the push-bar and the Pilates bar storage is not included; but perhaps both the push-bar and Pilates bar could fit in a workout Duffy bag when the bar is disassembled. However; where the manufacturer falls a little short is in the actual workout documentation. Yes, a brief instruction pamphlet is included; in addition to some stickers and some nonskid pads for your push-up board; but a little more details on how to make some of the attachments would have been highly appreciated. I can only assume the stickers or decals were meant to personalize the push-bar; not quite sure; but nice touch nevertheless. However, the company does offer a postcard that provides you with a brief introduction on their company’s startup and also with an email address coupled with customer support line numbers. I search for any informational videos that may exist on YouTube for a little better understanding of how to best maximize my new equipment. Lastly, the push bar handles simply rest or are seated into the slots of the bar and do not have a locking or twist mechanism so be very mindful that with the right form you should not encounter any problems; however if your form includes a push up and pull with too much force the bars can become dislodged. I love that this gear is portable and can be incorporated with my travels; in addition to the versatility of the workouts offered. Perhaps with future upgrades a few of the drawbacks will be addressed in future versions of this push bar release. Overall, I am happy with the product and would recommend with noting the few areas that could be improved upon.

Great for home workout
Is perfect for days I don't make it to the gym. Has equipment that will condition all body parts using resistance. I was nervous at first with the board but seeing that it's been sturdy and durable this long I have no complaints

No Instructions, no adjustability on bands
I got this at my wife’s request. The two main issues we had with this workout kit were the lack of instructions leaving us in the dark on how to set it up for the different exercises and the lack of adjustability on the resistance bands. If you’re shorter than 5’5” you’re going to find that the bands are too long and resistance training is hindered by the extra slack. The base itself is fine but it seems better suited to travel rather than permanent home use. It’s ok. I can’t understand why this would ship w/o instructions.
