Excellent product,delivered exactly on time....not only looks great,but is extremely comfortable. 5stars in my book!

While it says cow leather- I can't tell where it , the fabric feels faux.The wood part that covers the base is scuffed, scratched and poorly painted. The chair does not sit securely on the hydrologic lift- so it falls apart when you attempt to pick it up. Very poor quality especially for the 500.00 I paid for it.If the box wasn't damaged that it couldn't be put back together, is return it.

Lacks lower back support i had to buy a lumbar pillow. My only complaint with this chair is the back goes inward rather than outward so there isnt support.UPDATE!!!After less than 2 years of daily use for work there is 0 butt support, the leather has cracked, and one side of the chair has sunken to the left slightly.This chair is total garbage DO NOT BUY!

The casters (rollers) leave a lot to be desired. They are small and It takes considerable effort to roll around

The chair is great and sits good except the front hits my legs wrong and it is too stiff. This will probably go away after I use it for a while. I love it otherwise.

The chair has a wide seat, leather everywhere that touches your body while sitting in it. The back and sides below the arm rest are vinyl but the look is good and matches. The padding is a bit low, and the seat only looks like a pull out seat cushion, it's built in, you can't lift it our and replace the foam.The stand is wood overlay over metal, it might really be strong enough to hold the claimed 500lb weight limit. The lift looks to be the standard lift, perhaps heavy duty, the metal brace that bolts to the underside of the seat does look to be heavy duty when compared the dozens of other office chairs I've had over the years.I ordered those rollerblade wheels before the chair arrived, because the location is tile and that worked on my last chair so well. So I have no comment on the wheels that came with the chair, besides they looked strong enough to do the job, but I never even put them on so I can't confirm it. There is no lumbar adjustment, so I only ranked the support in the 4 instead of 5 stars, but I knew that when I was ordering it so it's not a complaint on my part.I picked this chair for the aesthetics and the real leather. I am entirely satisfied.

The seat padding is inadequate for heavy folks. The frame of the seat, near the front, kept making the backs of my knees uncomfortable. The fit and finish on the chair is ok. Might be a good choice for someone at 225 lbs. Too much trouble to package and return so I have a $500.00 ornament in the house.After using for two years it is toast, cylinder no longer works and right arm is falling off!

GREAT CHAIR, ONLY HAD ONE PROBLEM. UPS HANDLED THE SHIPPING SO BAD, BOX WAS TORN AND MUST HAVE HAD TWO ROLLS OF TAPE ON IT. LOOKS LIKE IT JUST FELL APART AND THE CASTERS FOR THE CHAIR WAS MISSING. SO I HAD TO ORDER A SET AS I COULDN'T USE IT WITHOUT THEM.AT LEAST CHAIR WASN'T DAMAGED. NICE OFFICE CHAIR..
