Q: Is there any reason why this can't be use by children aside from the size?

I can’t see any reason children can’t use this apart from if they are little and bite into it.

Q: Why does the picture show "use for sleeping" but then it says further down "do not sleep with it on" 🤔

I don’t think this Mask can sleep in. I only used it for tired/dry eyes, as a cooling mask before bed.

Q: Can this be worn over night?

the cooling gel will not last the whole night long. You will have to refresh it in freezer to get cold again. It is not meant to be used as a sleep mask to block out light . Just use for about 15 minutes each time.

Q: Can you keep this in the fridge / freezer all the time when not using?

I keep mine in it’s bag in the fridge always.
