I was honestly shocked when this pillow arrived because it came in a tiny box. I thought there was no way a full size pillow could be inside, but after opening the vacuum sealed bag, it expanded quickly and became fluffy within minutes. The material feels very special，cool to the touch and really refreshing, especially for someone who gets warm at night. The inside has a unique gel like bubble texture that’s super satisfying. I actually couldn’t stop poking and squeezing the little bubbles lol but it definitely adds to the cooling comfort. After sleeping on it for a few nights, I can say it’s extremely supportive and comfortable. Not too soft, not too firm，just right. I woke up without any neck pain, which is a huge plus. If you want a pillow that’s cooling, comfy, and comes with a fun unboxing experience, this one is definitely worth trying!

I got the cooling gel memory pillow because my neck has been picky lately, and I needed something that actually supports me on my side. The first thing I noticed was the cover, I was suprised how cool this is to touch. It feels like flipping the pillow to the “cold side,” but it stays that way longer than my old pillows ever did. The foam has a nice give, and it cradles the neck instead of pushing my head forward. After a few nights I woke up without that stiff spot at the base of my neck, which is honestly why I kept it. I also got an email from the seller with simple steps on how to prepare the pillow before fist use, which I appreciated because it made the setup easy. I like that you can use the reversible sides depending on the season, because the cooling side is almost too refreshing when the room is already chilly. The height feels just right for me as a side sleeper, and it keeps my shoulders from doing that weird hunch. It also bounces back well in the morning and does not turn into a sad flat pancake. There was a slight new-foam smell when I opened it, not terrible, but I let it air out for a day and it was fine. The only small downside is the cooling cover can feel a bit slick at first, so my pillowcase slid around one night until I adjusted it. I have been using it for a couple days now and it still feels consistent, not lumpy. For the price, it has been a real upgrade in comfort and temperature, and I would buy it again.

Im gonna give this 5 stars for now. Its still cold at night where I'm from so the pillow stays cold all night. I never have to flip it. Will it perform well in the warmer months? I hope so. Ive been using a different brand of pillow since I was 19 or so. 11 years. Im not proud of it but my favorite pillow was 11 years old. It was starting to get super gross. But I didn't sleep well on any other pillows i tried. That company still makes pillows, so i bought a new one but i hated it compared to their older ones. So took a leap of faith on these and bought 2. So glad I did. The pillow isnt too thick, its very supportive, great for side and back sleepers. And from my experience so far, and the most important thing, it stays cold. Its the perfect amount of firmness. It did have a little bit of a smell initially, but the smell went away within like.. 10 hours.

I like this pillow. It’s not too firm and not too soft, just right. Its has , on one side, some type of cooling jelly that will keep you cool for a while (until your body heat make the gel warm). Great for a side sleeper. I did not have shoulder or neck pain or numbness in the arm. So far so good.

The only issue I have is the pillow case it's very tight and a bit of a hassle to put on after washing. Other than that I really like this pillow. Its heavier than standard pillows which I like because it doesn't slide all over when I'm sleeping. It's comfortable and keeps my head cooler than other pillows I used. It can be flipped over if you don't want to use the cooling side. The memory foam is nice and firm as well.

After a couple of weeks, we both noticed we were waking up with less neck stiffness and fewer adjustments during the night. The pillow has that “sink just enough but not too much” feel. It cradles your head instead of fighting it. The removable cover is easy to take off and wash, which matters when you actually plan to keep something long term. For the price, this feels like a solid upgrade to our sleep setup. Comfortable, supportive, cooling when you want it, and practical. We’re honestly considering grabbing a second one so neither of us has to give it up.

I liked it but once I slept with it it hurt my neck tremendously!! It could be a little thicker! But the memory foam is nice there was just little holes already! The cooling is super nice too. If you like harder pillows this is for you but it’s not for me unfortunately and don’t sleep with it anymore only two nights.

Purchased this pillow as a present for a friend, and he loves it. The cool area really feels cool to touch. As per my friend, the pillow is firm and comfortable. Includes a pillow case with a zipper. The case is thin and allows you to feel the coolness of the pillow. If a different pillow case is placed on top, the cool area is not very noticeable.
