I'm not completely convinced this is helping, but I personally think I have a lot more going on with my gut health, so it will take timef or things to improve.I got this to help with my gut health, and also to assist in me losing weight / burning body fat. I had hoped it might help me more with my evening bloating, however it hasn't helped me much at all I don't think. Although having said that, I think the bloating is mostly triggered by certain food intolerances I have - so regardless of taking this, when I have certain foods, I get flare ups anyway.I'm going to keep taking it as I am sure it will be helping and doing me some good on the inside. And I would probably say I'd need to take this for a few months before seeing a more dramatic improvement.Although I can say my waist is gradually coming down and so is my weight. However I am in a calorie deficit and exercising so you'd expect that to happen anyway.I'd recommend it for its benefits, however I personally think I'd have to take for a few more months to give more accurate feedback.

Certainly easy to take, similar to a cough medicine. We did struggle after a few weeks taking of noticing any digestion health benefit. Seem to give you more gas. Benefit many vary with individual I suppose.

This is a liquid supplement and it’s designed to help with gut health. The ingredients are all those linked to improving and maintains gut health so it a a very positive start. I added these to my daily supplements and so am far things have been good.You get less than a month’s supply, which I’m not a fan of. 25 days is an odd amount to have and makes you buy more. Not a tactic I like. The price is fair for the amount but paying a little bit more for a month just makes more sense.Still, the taste is very good and it’s easy to use. Very good if you don’t like of can’t use tablets. This isn’t something that will stop issues like intolerances but it can help a lot in general. I do feel it’s had a positive effect on me. I feel more settled.For the price it’s okay. You don’t get that much but it’s meant for if you want an alternative to tablets. You will always pay more for this. The taste is great and it works. So I’m happy with it.

I got this to help with my stomach aches and ibs, I took it for the full 25 days, wasn't sure if it made any difference, found it to be very sweet and sickly.

I don't like that they claim this helps with weight loss, especially as they've added glucose syrup as sweetener. And it's confusing that they seem to state that this provides 25% of your recommended daily calorie intake, which it cannot possibly.This is not capsules, it's liquid, and recommended dose is 10 ml daily. So a desert spoon full.The taste is not bad, and it does seem to help calm bloating and gas. The included herbal extracts are known for this, so am not surprised.I don't notice it doing anything for constipation, and I would not really expect that, based on the ingredients. I could see it benefitting overall gut health a bit, due to the plant extracts and antioxidants, but increasing fibre, prebiotics and fluid intake will do far more for gut health and constipation than this ever could.But it does seem to help a bit with stomach acid, which I get after rich meals sometimes.This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy. I'm not entirely sure if this worked for my bloating but it definitely didn't make symptoms worse or have any side effects. I think it may have also helped me go to the toilet easier than before which is great. The taste is very sickly in my opinion although not overly awful.

A solid supplement for gut health. The ingredients seem well-balanced, and I’ve noticed a slight improvement in digestion. It’s easy to take, and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. Too early to tell the full effects, but so far, so good! 🌿💊
