I have been using this product for about 8 months now. I purchased it for $75 including tax and shipping. I was looking for a wired headset for use primarily in Teams meetings. I skipped Bluetooth as I did not want to be inconvenienced with charging the unit, forgetting to charge it, worrying about whether it will last me through the day's meetings and sound latency. I do not spend my time walking around during meetings, so a wired headset makes more sense to me. So far, I've been very pleased with the unit. Here's a few more details about my experience using this headset. ** Sound Quality Incoming sound is clear during calls. I also do not hear any static during meetings. Listening to music is passable for the rare times I used it. ** Microphone Performance Mic quality has a very good presence and is not tinny. I do not notice any latency during conversations. Mic is noise cancelling but I have a quiet office space most of the time so I'm not able to comment on its effectiveness. However, I've not heard of others commenting about background noise coming from my end. I had a time when someone commented that my audio was soft, but it turned out that my boom mic was not level with my mouth. ** Comfort and Fit I like that the mic headset can be worn with boom mic either on the left or right. I wear it with the mic on my left, so it does not get in the way of right mouse arm. The boom mic is also slim with just the right length, and it does not cover the front of your mouth. The unit is light and has enough adjustability to allow one to find the right position over the head and ears. Ear pads are nicely cushioned, and they sit very lightly over the ears. Despite this, I still get a slight earlobe fatigue and some moisture under the pads, but this inconvenience can be relieved by lifting the pads a few seconds every now and then. ** Build Quality Unit is solidly built with a steel headband and nice leatherlike accents. Plastic material used look durable. I have not had any issues with the cord so far and connections to headset and ISB plug do not show any signs of fraying. The cable is long enough for my purposes which is more than what I need to a laptop which is located an arm's length from my head. Ear pads also look durable, and I have not seen any wear or tears yet in the 8 months I've been using it. I do not use the buttons on the headset. I usually just use my keyboard for volume up/down and Teams Mute button. ** Ease of Use This unit is Plug-and-Play. There is nothing to configure and appears as Yeahlink UH37 in both Sound Panel input/output. Only setting I adjusted was mic level which is at 90%. Overall, I would recommend this headset for those who spend a lot of time on Teams meetings. It is reliable for the price point and does the job well.

Fantastic headphones for call center like environments. The headphone ear muffs were way softer and plushy than expected and felt very light and comfortable. The microphone is phenomenal. Don't have to raise your voice much and you can hear yourself on the other side of the call pretty well. Sound quality is decent. Wouldn't watch a movie with these obviously but these are ideal for calling/meeting environments. A little bit of sound leak with ringer sounds but you can rsinply reduce the volume of the ringtone if that's an issue . No sound leak with calls, only with abrasive sound tones such as ringtones etc. Fair price compared to competitors. If you want great professional headphones but don't want to pay a ridiculous 300$+ , buy these. Can't find anything wrong with them yet. The noise cancelling is phenomenal. Had my TV at 46 in the same room with speakers blastig and it did not pick up on the sound at all yet I could clearly hear my voice. Did it with my phone on YouTube videos on max volume right next to me on the table as I would record myself talk with it. It works. Keeping these - will adjust my review over time if necessary

Just tested these. Great for wfh moms. My baby was crying beside me and in my arms. Could barely hear him while holding him. Couldn’t hear him at all next to me. Also had my other kids yell at the top of their lungs behind me and it sounded like a buzzing sound. These are great at noise canceling and I highly recommend! Great value for your money

This headset is the closest you’ll get to the YeaLink UH64. I am a remote worker who has a noise home with dogs and tvs being played on the background. This headset does not pick up on it at all and if it does, it’s very very low. It’s crucial for me to sound professional for my clients and this headset does just that. The packaging came with some instructions and of course the headset inside of nice bag to keep them safe. The headset has incredible audio and feels comfortable on my ears after hours of work. They feel pretty strong, but I wish the wire would be a bit longer and durable. Easy access to muting yourself and volume control is a huge plus. Really love that it comes with a built-in USB-C connection so it makes it even more versatile. All in all, if you want to sound legit behind your calls with comfort on your ears, go with the YeaLink UH37. Made to last and easy to use anywhere. Great value for money in comparison to other big name brands and very easy to transport with.

This headset is amazing. I work at home and need to have a quiet background. These headphones block background noise. If I move the mic a few inches away from my mouth, I can't be heard. I think this gives credit to how good the mic is at cancelling out background noise. The speakers are great. Crisp sound quality. The cushions on the ear pieces make it extremely comfortable to wear all day. 12/10 recommend.

If a 0 star was possible, i would. Horrible sound quality, horrible mic, and picks up ALL background noise. Dont even think of purchasing these. Dont waste your time or money. Not worth the hassle

useful for everyday work use. Good that you can mute / unmute self by just pulling the mic up or down. biggest flaw for me is low audio when listening to recording or connected to phone.

Let me start with the Noise cancellation is top notch! They are so easy to use you just plug them in and that’s it! You can control the volume on the headset which is a plus. I’ve tried out a few headsets and the quality and clarity does not compare. Best purchase if you work from home.
