Very comfortable, I wore it under jeans. Gentle soothing heat all day which really helped my lower back pain.

Excellent, stayed warm well over 13hrs. Attached beautifully, discreet & stayed in place as wrap around you & fixes to itself so no stickiness on skin or clothes. Kept pain away all the time. Ordered some cheaper ones at same time, you get what you pay for as they were sadly useless & now unused in the bin.
