I’ve been using the Conscious Chemist Berry Bright Sunscreen SPF 50 PA++++ and I’m really impressed with its performance. The gel-based texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and feels non-greasy on the skin, making it perfect for daily use, especially for oily and combination skin. It leaves no white cast and works well under makeup. The added niacinamide and blackberry extract help keep the skin calm and fresh even after long sun exposure. It provides strong sun protection and is water resistant too. Overall, a great sunscreen that offers protection, comfort, and skin-friendly ingredients. Highly recommended for everyday use.

I have oily skin and most sunscreens either feel greasy or break me out, but this one surprised me in a good way. The gel texture is very light, spreads easily, and absorbs quickly without leaving a white cast. It feels comfortable even when worn for long hours. I like that it doesn’t make my skin look shiny and layers well under moisturizer or makeup. Haven’t noticed any irritation or breakouts so far, and the SPF 50 protection gives peace of mind for daily outdoor use. Overall, a good everyday sunscreen for oily or combination skin.

(UPDATE- 14/12/23) I have completely stopped using this SPF as it has caused a lot of skin irritation for me. I was correct in figuring the cause of comedones was this SPF. Since I stopped using it my skin has been able to breathe and has been doing better. I would recommend this only to people who do not have sensitive skin and are able to handle some irritation (which mine doesn’t) (UPDATE-24/9/23) I noticed that this one badly clogged my pores and gave me so many closed comedones. I also noticed that even though I double cleanse it, I have a tough time in completely removing and still feel a layer on my skin. Will use it further and update. Here to give my honest review on this SPF! My skin type- Oily combination along with Sensitivity I really enjoyed this SPF so much, this one got me into the habit for reapplying SPF! I really like the fragrance in this too! Here are some pros and cons one can consider before a purchase- Pros 1. Suitable for all skins I bought this SPF during the peak monsoon season when my skin becomes really oily, I was skeptical at first because of how heavy it looks but this sinked into my skin pretty fast and gave a beautiful semi matte finish! 2. Texture This sunscreen has a creamy texture which looks intimidating at first but after using one whole tube I can confirm that it’s pretty nice and isn’t as creamy as it looks and it sinks in pretty fast without leaving skin oily. 3. Water Resistant I’m so happy the brand took feedback and re formulated its sunscreens into water resistant ones! This one surely doesn’t come of with sweat only but I haven’t tried it while swimming. 4. Fragrance The fragrance in this product is a pro for me! I really enjoy fragrances in my skincare products because it makes me look forward to reapplying them again and this actually happened with this! Cons 1. The brands website does not mention how long is the sunscreen water resistant for 30-40 mins or longer. 2. The tube packaging is a hassle. When the product is new it works fairly well but as soon as the amount of the product reduces, it becomes a nightmare to get product out and it splatters everywhere, as it is visible in the pic. 3. It pills a lot on me. I’ve used this sunscreen without any serum or moisturiser underneath but it still pills on me. 4. It stung my eyes once or twice, which stopped after sometime That’s all for my review! Remember everyone’s skin is different so what might work for me wouldn’t for you and vice-versa! I’ve been using the Conscious Chemist Sunscreen SPF 50 PA++++ for a while and found it is very good. It is very light, effective, and gentle on the skin. There is no white cast. i like this product.

Trust me, Conscious Chemist is the best sunscreen I've used. I've tried so many before, and they all made my skin oily and left a white cast, so I had basically given up on sunscreen. I ordered this one just to see if it would work, and I was amazed by the results! This sunscreen is super lightweight, doesn't make your skin look oily, and leaves no white cast at all. I'm definitely buying it again.

I have been using this sunscreen for almost a week and initially when I tried to blend this sunscreen, it created product build up on the skin. But after some days I realised it doesn't need to blend a lot. It is light weight on the skin, non sticky, no white cast, hydrating ( I don't use moisturizer before sunscreen) and get easily absorbed. Also, it has edible fragrance which don't bother me after application.
