Great service so far. Phone was delivered the next day in perfect condition and with a good amount of battery charge. The product matches the description perfectly and the android system is simple to use. A quick email to the service department to register the device once you've set the phone up, gives you an extended warranty. In my case, it's for two years. Buy with confidence. Good quality camera and clear video/sound recording. Great value for money. NFC isn't supported but that's just a minor detail for me as I never trust it to work on my other phone anyway!

★☆☆☆☆ Absolute Waste of Money – AvoidThis is by far the worst phone I’ve ever used. It constantly crashes, making even the simplest tasks unbearable. Apps freeze, the system lags, and sometimes the phone just restarts on its own for no reason.On top of that, it lacks NFC, so forget about using contactless payments—something that should be standard in any modern phone. Even worse, there’s no compass, making navigation a complete nightmare. Good luck trying to use Google Maps properly when walking!The so-called "high specs" are meaningless when the phone barely functions. Ulefone should be ashamed of selling such a poorly optimised device. Save yourself the frustration and buy something else!

I am so impressed with the phone. Easy to use and the apps are easy to download and very quick the volume is great and speaking to other people on the phone is clear. Easy to set up as well for the price it is great value for money. I highly recommend it

Sound quality is bad, it keeps freezing and front camera is also poor, it is ok for the price however you can tell it is a cheap phone.

I've never understood why people waste money on Samsung or iPhones when there are perfectly acceptable and cheaper alternatives! Purchased because I thought I'd lost my ulefone 11 and am very happy with the upgrade.

Fantastic value and absolute perfect phone at the moment. Comes with protection glass, a case and very fast charger.... Absolutely recommend!!

Worse phone I've ever had. It's so glitchy, I'm constantly having to restart, the phone slow to respond. The sound is poor, the colour of photos comes out too bright. I can't wait to being able to justify replacing it. I'll be returning to a Samsung.

Started off really well , responsive touch screen , navigates well from page to page , site to site .2 months down the road , screen freezes, have to turn off them again to pick up my home wifi , won't answer calls sometimes, on the whole I wouldn't buy againI had an older model Note 9 for 4 years great phone
