It's fast, responsive, with an uncluttered interface that is very customizable -- no bloat to this Android TV platform. Download or sideload apps to one's heart's content.No need to use a Google account! No tracking! No ads! Install SmartTube or other app for example that pulls in YouTube content without all of the ads Google is forcing on people. Use Firefox or Brave and install content filters! Browse easily that way. Use F-Droid or NeoStore, or AptoIDE, instead of Google Play, to find and update apps.I installed a firewall with full-spectrum malware- and ad-blocking, and antivirus and scanned before connecting to internet through VPN on router. Clean as a whistle. The 4GB RAM is plenty for running simultaneous apps, and I'm pulling in Wireguard configs for VPN through the firewall app (Rethink).The Amlogic S905W2 SoC is fast, and already loaded a firmware update. It's also moddable, so I'm looking forward to doing that.The network components are solid and I have achieved 800MB throughput on its 5GHz to fiber. Streaming is no problem. Same goes for playing all sorts of multimedia, and at 4K.It has plenty of ports and I enjoy using a mouse to better interface with all aspects of the device.And all of this at this price point? The Android 11 box is reasonably fast to load apps. Video and Audio are both very good. However my TV remote interferes with the box. When I change channel on my TV for example that forces the box to bring up file manager. I hide the box certain way even switch to Bluetooth remote for box that I have and it still interferes with box. I not sure of the remote with box is an IR or UHF remote. Or where the sensor is on the box to block the remote and use my own..

What can I say, Loved the picture quality, however when the TV Box was warmed up and running, it started to crash the system and the TV Box would reboot, repeatedly.Worse than that, the Time and Date had to be fixed(adjusted) for my Streaming Service to work correctly, a real bummer.Sending back for a Refund, because, based upon other reviewers with same issues, it's not worth the time to find a working jewel in the junk pile.Related to an older TV Box I have since tossed, that box did the same thing as this one did. So I opened it up, attached some sticking heatsinks to the chips that got hot and connected a very small leftover video cooler fan to blow on it and that box was rock solid. (the reason it was tossed, picture quality not as good)Has anyone that builds these things, come up with a chip cooling setup that works efficiently?Regards
