I like this product and it has helped but I am unsatisfied with the third to half full bottles. At $25 per bottle, the bottles should be bigger and more content, ie: they should be full. I suspect they are a third to a half full. I want to keep purchasing your product and I have purchased your product quite often but you need to fill the bottle completely. There is no way there is 15 ml of kava spray in those bottles. Every order I have placed, these bottles have minimum product in them. I hope this isn't deception from your family owned company and I hope you look into this matter. I am looking into other kava alternatives. I hope you use this review from a continued and valuable client to make it right and to let me know. I would have given a 5 star rating if the amount of kava two thirds to a half more of spray.Sincerely,Ken

Seems to work- I got this for my husband. He has a pretty significant fear of flying, and has taken Xanax when flying in the past. He doesn’t like the foggy out of it sedative feeling from Xanax. We were skeptical but this does seem to actually have a calming effect. Not as strong but definitely noticible- seems perfect to take the edge off of nerves before flying. As other reviews noted it is kind of bitter and numbing but the taste is honestly not that bad at all.

No it does not help and loaded with alcohol

Truly works. I spray abut 8 pumps at night before bed, or 6-8 pumps if I am about to head off to a potentially stressful event or just want to calm my nerves. I love the customer service too. They have always shown true concern over any questions and have always provided more than satisfactory support. I have been sung this stuff for about 3 years.

I signed up for auto delivery, two bottles a month. I had a problem with one of the sprayers not working. I tried to remove faulty sprayer and replace with sprayer from other bottle. Sprayer was not replaceable. Bottle started to leak when I tried to spray. I lost most of contents. Really frustrating to pay $36.00 AN OUNCE and not be able to use!!!!!!!!

I have been a consumer of this product since it first came to market. It works to immediately alleviate my anxiety each and every time I use it and I have a bottle with me at all times. I don't like to run out, so I buy multiple bottles at a time, and will likely increase the number when I order again. If you prefer natural products over synthetic ones, give this a try!

I'm a busy student. Studying multiple computer programming languages at the same time can be a little stressful. I found using 1Hour Break most beneficial when facing tasks I'd prefer not to do, such as writing papers. The day I received my 2-pack, I used it right away and was able to start and complete a paper that I had been putting off. Since that day, I have used it during my classes that I am required to speak in front of other students. This products really takes the edge off and helps me focus - whatever situation I find myself. The convenient spray bottle is the best! I'm very used to tinctures and have no problem with the taste or tingling. (5 sprays is all I need.)New users who are not used to the taste or tingling - be patient! You get used to it after a few times.

Evenings are especially hectic around here, and I have found that a squirt of this (when I hit my mouth and not my nose) does help bring things down a notch or two to help me help myself calm down. There's no buzz or dramatic effect, just enough calming to see things more clearly. But I don't think I'll buy this again. It stings like crazy and has a wicked taste. I'm not crazy about the expense, either. It was worth a try, and I will continue using it until it's gone, but that's the end of that song.
