The finish and quality of the M3 is really nice. Stainless interior makes it super easy to clean. It's not heavy either. The controls are nice. And no one has mentioned it vibrates instead of beeping when you touch a button. Props on that decision! It has no issue holding the temp you set .The coaster/charger works well, and the battery life lasts me an entire shift of work. This is a well thought out and designed product at a super competitive price. I couldn't find better. But the size is what sold me. Other brands max out at like 12-14oz. That's barely enough to need any type of self heating! 18oz is the sweet spot for sure. I'm really happy with it and am excited to see future versions!

Works like a charm. Kept my coffee hot for about 4 hours at work and still had plenty of battery left. The capacity is good and being able to dial in an exact temperature is awesome.

This travel mug has a great look . The lid is impressive as it has two options . Pop up straw on one side and sip on the other . I love the accessibility of temp control by button on the mug .No complaints here ! If a problem should arise the company has great support and fast response.

The wireless charging is helpful- can charge phone and bottle at same time. The device seems to keep drinks warm for 2 hours plus if drink is loaded already warm. Can warm up cold drinks but you have to make sure to shake it to get it to stir and evenly distribute heat. Like others, I don’t love the lid/straw as it invariably spills if you try to drink without the straw. Unlike others, I like the carrying loop- I think it’s easier to carry the mug with this when your hands are otherwise full. Solid build.

I love this mug! My coffee stays hot off the charging base for hours and on the base overnight with mo issue. I recently took a trip to Wyoming to visit family and the cup stayed hot the whole way. The charging base is a game changer. I charge my mug and my phone at the same time, all I can say is that it's perfect 👌

I like my coffee at 140 degrees. When I put creamer and coffee into my new cup, the starting temperature is 145 degrees. The cup does not have to heat the coffee, only maintain the temperature at 140. I nurse this one cup, for four hours while I complete my morning tasks at my desk. It maintains the perfect temperature. Great so far. A cup with a nice feel to it.But the battery is over half depleted with one use. Thus, the cup must be recharged every day. This adds more work and more time to my coffee routine each morning. For what this cost, I expected a better battery, that would last longer.

Great Product, terrible customer service, and 0 spare parts availability. Don't recommend. Of course if you have $130 to throw away if something happens.. Go ahead. It does work but with the lack of support don't bother!
