It definitely helps with nose breathing and not snoring. Strong stick. It won’t come off unless your nose is pretty oily. Pulling it off doesn’t hurt if you go slow and takes like 5 seconds but your nose will be red for 2-3 hours but it’s not that bad (for me at least). No smell also. Overall great product and use it almost every night but wish it was a little cheaper.

These are great but not if you have oily skin. They tend to fall off in easily in the middle of the night.
