So I am 46, trying to get in shape and I need something that has no fat or sugar and doesn't taste like powdered death. This stuff is great, isnt so thick you need to worry about chewing it, and is only 100 calories. It tastes good to me, but not really like kool-aid, but I could drink it even if it wasnt after a workout.

I started a high-protein diet and im supposed to eat every 2-3 hours. However, I cannot always eat during class while im teaching so these protein drinks are the perfect solution!!! The fruit punch flavor was my favorite kind in the variety pack so I decided to just order this flavor. My son drank one and said it tasted just like a fruit roll-up. While they are a bit pricey, the quality and convenience are definitely worth the price. If I were packing a high-protein, low-carb snack everyday, it would probably cost more than the few dollars these cost me anyway

Not sure why these are so expensive. But they are good... im just not going to buy them anymore. Cost are too high

Love the flavor and the fact of how much protein it has! Is a win win.

This is the first premixed protein drink I’ve tried that wasn’t chocolate or some variation of flavored milk, if you will. So I really didn’t expect much. Overall I think this Ryse clear protein drink is pretty good. It isn’t excessively sweet, flavor is not overwhelming fruity or artificial. I would definitely recommend. I do want to note that I gave it 4 stars because there is a slight artificial sweetener aftertaste which some may not care for. For me the 22grams of protein in a lighter drink is worth the minor aftertaste.

Tastes just like kool aid, no protein taste like other protein drinks. Would recommend, we love it.
