Best in ear headphones for sleep I’ve ever had.
I am a long time in ear headphone wearer who purchased these before a holiday where I would be sharing a room with a snorer. My previous favourite were the Bose quiet comfort in ear headphones because of the soft silicon tip. How did I get on with the Ozlo headphones?Phenomenal. Our holiday was transformed from my usual grumpy mornings and need to have naps in the afternoon to actually feeling awake all day because I’d had a decent nights sleep. Game. Changed. Since getting home, its only got better. No more waking up to the loud bits in my audiobooks. Waking up feeling refreshed instead of dragging myself out of bed. Can’t speak highly enough of them. The Ozlo headphones are expensive, but well made, super comfortable (side sleeper), easy to setup and use and honestly worth every penny. Battery lasts all night without annoying low battery warnings waking you up. And you only need to charge once every two nights cos the case fully recharged the headphones themselves. The insights you get on a morning in the app are an added bonus - tbf I dont need them to tell me my sleep has improved because not only me but my family has noticed the difference. Have already recommended to family and friends and seriously considering getting a second pair in case they ever stop making them. Brilliant product!

Stop working… just like Bose
Great when they work. But, just as I found with their Bose predecessors, they stop working. First, the sound becomes faint and then they completely stop emitting sound. This happened to me with Bose. I had them refurbished and it happened again. Ozlo are exactly the same design and, unfortunately, they have the same inherent faults.

Amazing sleep best product yet to combat partner snoring.
I have a partner who snores, quite loudly and erratic. These are mega expensive to be sure, and a draw back on cost alone to many. But after 4 nights of undisturbed blissful sleep nothing compares. After all the methods tried listed below, with me sneaking into the spare room more often than not having not gone to sleep, and wife not happy I researched alternatives. These last the night, are comfy, cancel all noise, (I cannot hear the TV or bathroom fan or my wifes snoring). 4 nights on the bounce perfect sleep. These are not going back. Worth every penny until there is a cheaper alternative. These do not cancel noise they block and the claim is they are more effective. That is my experience. I have tried many cheaper alternatives, from disposable plugs that claim 22-36db noise reduction, I can still hear her. I have tried apple ipods pro. Yes great noise cancelling but due to hard plastic they hurt after a while if on your side. They also die after six hours and some lady wakes me up telling me the battery is getting low. Not appreciated at 4am. I have tried snoozeband with noise muffling sounds via apple and headspace, but still audible. I have tried snooze band with disposable plugs better but not perfect.

Generally fantastic product with a few small issues that can be frustrating at times.
Generally good device with a few gripes. Sound Quality is great for such small buds in my opinion. Very comfortable to sleep in and no protruding bits to cause any pressure on the ears. Personally I'm not a huge fan of silicone ear tips, but these are really good, get a great seal in the ear blocking out a ton of sound without any need for ANC (Active Noise Cancellation). The few issues I've faced: - Battery Life is not very good, currently, I have no issues, but when I wake up, battery life is at about 10% per bud after about 7 hours sleep. If you're sleeping 8 or 9 hours, you might wake up with them dead. From day one, this is concerning as we all know the battery life will degrade over time, causing to these buds probably not lasting the night making them a bit pointless? - Alarms, although I love the feature, as does my partner not getting woken up by my early alarm. You can't turn it off easily, you have to turn on / unlock your phone, go to the Ozlo app, and there you can stop the alarm. Very frustrating. Not entirely sure what they should do to fix that, but how it currently works isn't great. - Case, although very sleek and attractive, the sliding opening feels a bit flimsy and every day I'm scared it'll just break. I love it, but would be good to feel a little more sturdy. - Charging the buds, twice in the last month I've had one of the buds just not charge in the case. I'm not sure if the magnets just haven't quite pulled the bud into the correct place, but when you get in bed, ready to go to sleep and one of the buds is on 5% battery life. That's frustrating. Generally the magnets are very strong though and do pull the buds into place very easily, a little wiggle every morning would probably fix this issue. But for a £300 premium product, I'd expect everything to jut work without extra little bits of effort and compensation for things. Other than those issues, some of which I admit are very nit picky, the product is generally very good and perfectly fit for purpose. I have great sleep with them in, and the alarm wakes me up without fail every morning, when sometimes a phone alarm wouldn't. I would recommend them, just be aware of the few little things you'll have to live with.

Comfortable, Functional and a Great Design
Bought these as a direct replacement for my Bose Sleepbuds as the batteries didn’t last all night. These are better, they fit the same, but have so much more functionality. I particularly like the case’s ability to monitor sound and temperature in the room. Bit expensive, but worth it for good sleep in my opinion.

Bought these as a replacement for my Böse Sleepbuds which I loved but had problems with that couldn’t be fixed. These are perfect - every bit as good as the Böse were but with none of the battery problems. As a bonus, they can be used as ’normal’ earbuds to listen to anything, then when that ends- switch automatically to the sleep sounds.

I am a pretty light sleeper. I have four children, ages 9-17, and sometimes they stay up late, sometimes they wander into my room to get something or other late at night, sometimes my husband snores or coughs, :) and sometimes we have a train that goes by the house at night. Just typical life stuff, but I crack my eyelid for a second when I hear things, and obviously that's pulling me out of good sleep. I used to turn on the fan in my bathroom, hoping to drown out some of the noise. I also got a white noise maker to try to drown things out even more. I liked having those things, but I was still being woken up. These sleepbuds are a life saver for blocking all those little noises that would normally interrupt my sleep (even if just briefly). First, they are very comfortable. The medium size fits my ear very well. You need to twist it back into your ear for the little wing tip to fit snugly into the groove of your ear. Once you've got them in, there is no risk of them falling out. I am a side sleeper and 95% of the night I sleep on only my right side, so I usually just put the left ear in, and my right ear is pressed against the pillow. The sounds in the app are very soothing. My favorite right now is Crimson Cloak, which has a very nice even tone in the middle range. It's perfect white noise. I've also slept with the crackling fire one, and the raindrops one - and both are also soothing. But, I go back to the simple white noise options most often. There are not very many sleep sounds in the Ozlo app, only about ten (I'd love if there were more options), but I had no trouble finding one I like. Plus, I have a subscription to Headspace and I'm able to use these sleepbuds with their night sounds if I want. One thing I like about the sounds in the app is that they don't overwhelm. It doesn't feel like anything is blasting in your ear. The sound almost feels "far away" like you're hearing it from outside a window. This is not a defect of the earbuds, because I can use the buds when listening to other things on my phone and it sounds great. I think it is a feature of the sounds within the app. They don't feel overwhelming, and I have no trouble falling right to sleep. My husband thinks I must be getting into a pretty deep sleep when I wear them, because he says I make noises in my sleep when I'm really out :) and I've been doing that ever since wearing these. I dream often, so maybe that's why?? Every morning my husband is asking, "Did you hear me cough? Did you hear me get up in the night? Did you hear the dog bark?" and whenever I answer "no" he is super impressed. I sleep about 7-8 hours a night and the battery always lasts through the night. But, they do have to go back in the case to charge every day. One night I put one of the earbuds back in the case flipped 180, and so it didn't charge, and that night it did not have enough battery to use it. Connecting them up to my phone was easy. They walk you through how to do it in the app. It took about 30 minutes for the updates to download and then it was ready to go. They auto connect via bluetooth when I open the case. But, one odd thing is that to disconnect them I have to put them back in the case, close the lid, and then turn off my bluetooth for a second so they disconnect. I'm hoping that is something that can be fixed, so they disconnect automatically when I put them back in the case in the morning. My husband keeps talking about wanting to try them, but I'm reluctant to not have them for a night while he tries them out :). I guess I'll just have to get him his own pair!

I was very excited and looking forward to receiving the headphones as I am a very light sleeper. While the headphones themselves are good quality and fit well, the software is absolutely disappointing. It seems focused on iOS as the nightly sleep reports are already available for that platform (not on Android). On Android however, the app feels like its been developed by an amateur. Texts don't fit on the screen and cannot be scrolled so buttons below the text cannot be reached (see screenshot) - Phone is a Samsung S24 Ultra. There are only a very small amount of white noise sounds available which would be an easy one to fix. Apps such as Ambience for example have tons of white noises. As the headphones are of no real use without the app, it would be a good idea to have an experienced developer take a few months and design a proper Android app so the luxurious price tag is actually justified.
