NIVEA MEN Sensitive After Shave Balm

I wanted an alcohol-free balm to use after shaving, and I’ve bought this NIVEA MEN Sensitive Post Shave Balm several times now. It feels very nice on my skin and helps soothe areas that feel irritated after a shave. It has a pleasant scent and doesn’t leave my face feeling greasy. The balm isn’t particularly thick, which makes it easy to spread, and a little goes a long way. It absorbs quickly too, so I’m not left waiting for it to dry. This is the 100ml bottle, and the formula contains chamomile extract, vitamin E and provitamin B5. It’s intended as a post-shave balm, but I sometimes use it as a moisturiser as well. The alcohol-free formula, comfortable feel and ease of application are the main reasons I keep buying it. Pros: - Alcohol-free - Feels soothing after shaving - Helps calm irritated areas - Pleasant scent - Doesn’t feel greasy - Easy to spread and absorbs quickly - A little goes a long way - Also useful as an occasional moisturiser Cons: - None I’m happy with it and have bought it again several times. It leaves my skin feeling comfortable after a shave without a greasy finish.

Absolutely fantastic product! If you shave your head, this is well worth having in your grooming routine. NIVEA MEN Sensitive Post Shave Balm leaves my freshly shaved scalp feeling wonderfully smooth, soft and moisturised without that greasy feeling. It's especially nice after a close head shave, when your skin can feel a little sensitive. It absorbs nicely, smells pleasant without being overpowering, and gives your scalp a healthy, well-groomed appearance. A quality product from a trusted brand, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone who regularly shaves their head. Five stars from me!

This is my preferred after shave application. I use an electric razor and this irritates the skin a little. The balm helps restore it. There's no stinging such as with alcohol based after shaves and I'm happy to have no added scent. I've used different Nivea Men after shave balms (they come in different varieties) and I've not felt any difference between them. I get the one at best price at the time.

Ladies, if you suffer from severely irritated skin after shaving or hair removal, you absolutely must buy this product; apply a generous layer after your hair-removal routine, and your skin will be soothed. And now, a word to the manufacturer, Nivea: please create an identical product, but designed for women—with a feminine scent—while keeping the formula exactly the same. We would all be so grateful! It is an absolute must-have for anyone with sensitive skin.
