"Top Secret": Die Handhabung ist so einfach, als hätte man das Gerät schon immer besessen: Maximal drei Stunden aufladen, anschließend den Akku- Knopf (auf der Unterseite des Griffes) und außerdem den On- Schalter (auf der Rückseite) einschalten, dann kann der Spaß schon losgehen..... Die Arbeitszeit (Funktionszeit) beträgt sechs Stunden. Sechs Massageköpfe gibt es zur Auswahl. Sie lassen sich leicht anstecken wie bei einer Bohrmaschine. Am häufigsten verwende ich den Kugelkopf, der für große Muskelgruppen bestens geeignet ist, aber auch an die kleineren herankommt. Für speziell tieferliegenden Triggerpunkte sollte man doch besser einen der fünf kleineren Aufsteckknöpfe verwenden. Das Gerät selbst wiegt weniger als ein Kilogramm. Die Lautstärke ist noch leiser und gedämpfter, als wenn der böse, böse Zahnarzt bohrt. Es gibt 20 Geschwindigkeitsstufen zum Regulieren. Die Stufen 1- 10 dienen eher zur Entspannung, die Stufen 11- 20 haben aber wirklich ordentliche Power. Maximal 30- 60 Sekunden sollte man den Aufsatz an die betreffende Körperstelle halten, damit der Reiz ankommt, aber letztlich nicht zur Überforderung führt. Ich selbst bin leidenschaftlicher Freizeitläufer und zog mir 2019 erstmals einen Fersensporn und konsequenterweise auch noch eine Achillessehnenreizung (beidseits) zu. Dagegen helfen sanfte Bewegung, Stretching, Dehnen, aber auch mit einer 6 teiligen Stoßwellentherapie bei einem Orthopäden habe ich sehr gute Besserung erreichen können. Von dem Orthopäden bekam ich nach Abschluss der Behandlung den Tipp für einen solchen "Colt". Daher noch einmal konkret zum "Ballermann": Die Vibration geht in die Tiefe. Sie löst Druckstellen, Verhärtungen und Verspannungen, korrigiert auf Dauer umformende Veränderungen (Verklebungen, Verkürzungen) im Gewebe, die schließlich auf einen Knochen oder Nerv stoßen und dadurch den eigentlichen Schmerz verursachen. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und spüre deutlich die bessere Durchblutung, Entspannung und sogar Beweglichkeit. Wahrscheinlich sind mehr oder weniger alle Massage- Pistolen in Ordnung. Aus vier Gründen habe ich mich ausgerechnet für diese hier entschieden: zunächst, weil sie viele glaubhafte Kritiken erhalten hat, weil mir entsprechende YouTube- Videos gefallen haben, weil sie (im Gegensatz zu anderen Geräten) über eine Wärmeableitung verfügt und außerdem mit derzeit 90 E. vergleichsweise sehr günstig ist. Auch das mitgelieferte umschließende "Agenten"- Köfferchen hinterlässt einen guten Eindruck. Und der "Rückstoß" beim Massieren ist selbst bei höchster Stufe sehr gering. Die ausführende Hand kommt also nicht nennenswert ins Zittern. Also, bitte keine Skrupel oder Bedenken. Wenn Sie schon draußen nicht mehr böllern dürfen, so ballern Sie eben drinnen. Am besten mit einem solchen Schießprügel. Sie haben die Lizenz zur Schmerzbeseitigung: Feuer frei !!!

Love this! Easy to use, great variety of different heads to get into all those hard places to give much needed relief. A range of settings controls intensity of the massage. Comes in handy little case to keep everything together.

I looked at quite a few different massage guns before settling on this one and I'm glad I did. The gun itself is a little bigger than I was expecting but it's comfortable to hold and it feels sturdy, not like some cheap plastic thing that's going to shake itself apart within a matter of days. It has some weight to it but not so much that it becomes too heavy with prolonged use. The controls are simple to use and very touch-responsive. It arrived with 70% power, so I was able to use it immediately. It comes in a very nice carry case, which has separate slots for the massage gun itself, the charging unit (which had the UK 3-pin plug on it) and each of the attachments. I particularly like this case as I've seen some others with pretty poor quality cases, some of which have no slots for the attachments or charger, so everything's basically unprotected and/or rattling around loose inside the case. That might be fine if you don't intend to take it anywhere but in my opinion, this one is much better; well protected outside and well organised inside. There's also a warranty card and a user manual in the case, the latter of which gives you all the information you need about operating the massage gun and which attachment to use for which part of the body. In terms of functionality, the massage gun and the various attachments are excellent. The attachments just slot in and out with a bit of force, but not too much and they're very secure during use. The gun has plenty of power with 20 speed settings but the 4-6 range is comfortable for most body parts and you can go up to the 8-10 range for larger muscles such as the quads without any problems. That said, I don't think I'd want that much power around my neck or shoulders. I don't know who anyone could use this with the speed at 20 but it's nice to have the headroom I guess; I'd rather it had more power than necessary rather than too little. It also switches off after 15 minutes and personally, I've found that to be more than enough time to do what I've needed to do with it. If you did want to use it for longer, you can simply turn it on for another 15 minutes, of course. In terms of power consumption, it seems very reasonable. As I said, it arrived with 70% charge, right out of the box and I've used it for about an hour in total (over a period of days) since then, which has dropped that charge down to just 60%. I don't think I'll need to charge this more than once every couple of weeks or so, which I don't have any problems with. All in all, I'm extremely happy with this product. I've used it after every gym session this week and it's definitely helped loosen up my muscles and speed up recovery.

I purchased the Renpho massage gun to help relieve neck and back aches. The product arrived well packaged in a carry case, which holds the massage gun, 6 different heads and the charger. The massage gun is a nice solid weight, not too heavy and certainly doesn't feel cheap. The massage gun has 20 speed settings and works wonders and all your aches and pains, with the different head attachments suited for different areas of your body. I have been using the massage gun for a number of days and the battery is still showing as 10 (full) so appears it lasts for a long time between charges. I would definitely recommend the Renpho massage gun to relieve any muscle knots and tightness and is also ideal for stimulating blood flow.

Il fonctionne par percussion et permet l'échauffement ou la récupération musculaire. idéal pour les sportifs mais également pour soulager des douleurs de dos, jambes lourdes, sciatique... Tout d'abord surprise par la taille et le poids du pistolet de massage, celui-ci une fois en main possède une ergonomie agréable avec un manche antidérapant et anti sueur. Pas d'échauffement de la main même après plusieurs minutes d'utilisations. Il possède 20 niveaux de vitesse à varier en fonction des zones travaillé et du bénéfice souhaité tout en produisant un faible bruit. L'écran digital est tactile et facile d'accès lors de son utilisation afin d'augmenter ou réduire l'intensité, il indique le niveau de batterie ainsi que la vitesse. De mon côté, je m'arrête a 13 pour la vitesse qui me suffit pour le moment. On remarque la qualité de finition de l'ensemble des accessoires et du pistolet. Le tout ce nettoie facilement hormis la tête sphérique qui est d'une matière un peu différentes et une des plus utilisées. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je ne regrette pas mon achat et le recommande à 100%. Je l'utilise sur moi-même au niveau des trapèzes, sur les molets après une journée de travail mais également après mon footing. Je l'utilise également sur mon mari au niveau des paravertébraux pour le soulager de ses douleurs.
