I never posted a review until now. This one was a big deal to me because I am a working mom and always on the go. This chiller keeps your milk secure and cold for a very long time. You don’t have to worry about cleaning many parts and it stores a good amount of milk. It fits in the cup compartment of my car and it’s light and slim enough to put in any bag. I love this!

Thank god I grabbed this last minute for a business trip. I got this and a manual pump in the event of an emergency, and I used every bit of it. Between flight delays, I was able to use the manual hand pump, not having to find an outlet or a mother's room and save the milk, total delays were somewhere around 14 hours and I didn't have to toss out a whole days worth of milk from my trip. I cared it to dinner so I was able to stay out late with coworkers and it looks just like a water bottle so no one needs to know its breast milk. I simply am in love with all Boon brand items at this point they truly have lived the mothers life to make the quality items they do.

I purchased this item as an alternative to the more expensive ceres and I am throughly impressed. I work as an ER nurse and needed a way to keep my breast milk cool without having to use multiple storage bags while on shift or leaving the house with multiple bags. This does the trick. The inner bottle can be used to store breast milk or hold ice depending on how much you are pumping (10 oz or 24oz). The bottle will keep milk cold for up to 18 hours or warm for 4 hours. The bottle is descreet enough that it can be kept in the work fridge without causing an uproar. The bottle and its components are top rack dishwasher safe which is a plus. Overall I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to any working mom.

Great alternative compared to to the well known brand expensive option. If you don't need all the bells and whistles, go ahead. I doubt it lasts 17 hours though because I come home 6 hours after I put the ice and it is already melted. The top (lid ans screw) also gets very cold and gets condensation on the outside, so I know it is not well insulated... if you only need it occasionally or for a few hours, it is worth it, hence the four stars. Otherwise, I would not recommend it.

i’ve never tried any other chiller but this for me is amazing. love it and the price point. I needed a milk chiller for when i’m working as i don’t have a refrigerator at my job it’s held up for over 8 hours exactly what i needed it for. no wasted milk.

This is so helpful for transporting breastmilk. We use it every day that leave the house with our little one. Works great and has held up well!

I love that this only requires ice which you can get literally anywhere opposed to the milk storage containers that have a gel pack which requires you to put it in the freezer ahead of time. It’s also nice that it can also be used for water or other beverages. It is similar in height to a 32 oz Owala and 40 oz Hydro Flask.

I wanted so badly for this to be the answer to all my problems. It is functional and it works, but it is not great. The volume is stated in the product description, true. Even still, this is not a ton of room. If I want to use the full capacity, I lose the inner ice tube to keep it cool - rendering it basically useless for me. If I use the inner ice tube, the ice melts within an hour or two - even before adding milk! I don’t know if I got a defective product, but I’ve even kept mine in the fridge and it still won’t hold ice for more and a few hours. Overall, would try another product if you’re looking for something for all day and on the go pumping.
