Product is fine but need special software and player for blu ray movies
Very good product till now.Day one from purchase.But need Special Blu-ray software or player for playing commercial blu ray movies playback i.e. f you will need to shell out additional cost or bucks for purchase of the software or player that can play commercial blu ray movies otherwise it won't play.

Too poor
Not good... Because you need to flash firmware ti rip 4k discs. Heavy noise and dead slow read. Many times failed to read discs. Again and again you will try same disc to read and so tired.

Decent drive but UHD playback crippled by SGX requirements
The possibility to enable LibreDrive is there but it's not on by default. I enabled it by downgrading my firmware. All PowerDVD versions running on new AMD or Intel(texcept for 7th till10th gen) without the SGX extensions will not be able to 4K UHD discs. So check for this info before you buy if you want to use it for 4k uhd playback.

Costly product....waste of money...
It is so costly. It is not sell on this rate. Sometime before it is avilable at 19K but now rate increase in 1 month...wow....useless....inspite of it we buy asus blu ray writer in 15K....which burn bluray at 16x speed...with Mdisc and BDXL support....
