Escape Fitness Core Exercise Mat

The mat arrived early and is exactly what I was looking for. I use it at the gym for the Core, legs and bum classes. It is the right size for the excercise, Half the size of a Yoga mat.

It’s a good Matt very small for price

Doesn’t slip, hasn’t been damaged yet after a long time using this but I think the longer version of this would suit me better, due to the mat being slightly too small for me.

I had another mat earlier but the shock reduction when jumping on the mat is not very effective, e.g. when doing burpees, squat jump. Then I noticed that the gym near my home is using this mat and I find them much better than my existing one so I bought it. And the quality is very good and I like using it.

I purchased these matt for my home gym as I've used the same at my local THE Gym. Good size for core workouts and they have little holes to hang up which is really handy

This is an excellent mat, it holds its shape very well as I normally lay it on its side which means it curls but as soon as you lay it down on the floor it regains it’s natural flat shape.It is very nicely padded. This mat is used at my local gym. Only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is that edges seem quite sharp as have cut myself on it twice if you are not careful.

The mounting holes allow you to place it discretely on the back of a door enabling easy and quick access for a quick stretch before setting off for work :-)

I used to use this mat at the gym. A bit more expensive than lots of yoga mats, but worth it.
