I love these! They’ve been an important part of my weight loss and fitness journey! I add electrolytes to mine and drink a bottle during my strength training sessions. They taste great and the texture isn’t weird at all! Definitely helps me hit my protein goals. I’m down 81 lbs so far.

I tried the variety pack and some of the flavors are hit or miss. The kool-aid tropical punch flavor is fantastic. This is the best tasting clear protein powder that I've tried. I rate it 10/10. The strawberry-banana is tasty, but I'm not a huge fan of artificial banana flavoring. I rate it 7/10. The country time lemonade leaves much to be desired in the taste department. I rate it 6/10. The key-lime pie flavor tastes strange to me (not in a good way), but it palatable. I rate it 5/10. My only wish is that Ryse carried the kool-aid tropical punch in powder form to make it more affordable and that they had more kool-aid flavors (such as cherry, grape, blue-raspberry lemonaide, etc).

If you heat it in the microwave, it makes for a great morning drink!

My partner recently had to go on a 24 hour, clear liquids only diet and so we went to our friend The Internet to see what he could drink (okay, so we already follow Scotty and Granny Guns on the clock app, so it's not like this brand was unfamiliar to us, but just blinding buying into even likeable influencers' sponsored products isn't a thing we do.) This was one of those items that The People of the Internet agreed was pretty good. Most people have said that clear proteins taste absolutely foul and have weird textures, but these actually taste pretty good. The Kool Aid does actually taste like the fruit punch version, the strawberry banana surprisingly tastes like strawberry and banana in equal measure, one not overpowering the other. My partner did not share a sip of the Key Lime Pie (it must be good, though, because he'd be quick to tell me that his favorite pie flavor is ruined), and didn't get a sip of the Lemonade, but I can only assume they made those two flavors taste as they should. There is a slight aftertaste in these, but it's not so horribly off-putting that you're going to spit it out. Also, neither were overpoweringly sweet. It really just tastes like you put a flavor packet into water and mixed it well, it's not thick, the liquid is clear, you get those 22g of protein to help you not entirely feel like you're starving to death (but let's be real, the first thing you're going to want to do after surgery is eat something.) It also didn't upset either of our stomachs. It *was* a bit jarring to taste a protein drink that wasn't the milky stuff, but it wasn't a horrible experience, just different. The tl;dr: If you're doing a clear liquid diet for surgery (or whatever, I'm not here to judge, I too occasionally dabble in dislike for solid foods, especially in summer) this is actually a digestible option. I only docked it one star because of the slight aftertaste, but again, it's absolutely not a deal breaker considering the post-op protein shake suggestion that my partner is drinking daily that's supposed to help with healing apparently tastes far worse.

I mix these bad boys with La Croix. These ryse drinks are a little too sweet for me, so watering it down a little bit makes it crispy 👌

We were not fans of the taste, but the product was what it said it was and I am sure others would like it.

I was skeptical of the cross marketing of 2 flavors with fruit punch and lemonade but these are pretty good. The key like almost tastes like it has a cream flavor so it’s like an orange cream taste but key lime version. The lemonade is a little tart and probably my least favorite of the variety pack but it’s still good and an easy way to get additional protein into your day. The fruit punch was really delicious and takes you back pretty close to the original childhood drink. And most surprising was the strawberry banana flavor. I never like this flavor combo but it was my fave of the pack. It was so easy to drink and so delicious. If you are trying to get more protein in an easier to consume way - this is a good option. I will be getting them again.
