Cartwright & Butler Piccalilli 250 g

It's an unusual mixture alright .... and pleasant enough but it isn't piccalilli.The inclusion of runner beans is a mistake and doesn't really add to the taste.It's sweet and mild and will be eaten after I add a spoonful of mustard.The best thing about it is the lovely jar.It has an old fashioned spring clip fastener and china lid .... I'll be using this when I make my own pickles.If you're a piccalilli lover then try Claire's Handmade Sweet Piccalilli available here on Amazon.The best I've ever tasted.

Nothing to like lacked flavour very bland had better chutneys from local markets or fates,or made myself nice jar though.
