As good and reliable as the original
This lamp replaced the original that had done over 3,000 hours. It is far brighter than the original was at the end of its life and I had to adjust the brightness settings on the projector to get proper black levels again. It's now been in use for getting on for 2,000 hours and gives a lovely, bright image, even at 2.8m diagonal. I just bought another replacement, just in case, and in testing that lamp works, I can see no difference in brightness between this lamp and the brand new replacement.
