The media could not be loaded. The quality of the chain and the envelope is good. But the envelope did not close properly and the thin metal that is supposed to be locked inside the envelope keeps falling off. If you just wear the chain or even simply just take it to wear the envelope opens and it doesn't lock properly.Also, the description says it can be customised but no steps or details or any specification is provided as to how to get it customised. I went ahead and purchased t coz i liked the envelope but that also seems to be faulty. The design could have been better. Not happy with the purchase.
