Personally prefer geometric lights, it is not easy to buy, installed in the living room, brightness is enough, look good, deep in my heart! Worth recommending to friends!

This is a beautiful modern looking ceiling light. My daughter loves it. we're happy with the light. It makes my living room much brighter.

Remote worked for about a week and now won’t connect to the light so the brightness can’t be changed and it’s not serving its purpose. The design is nice but if the light doesn’t work with both the wall switch and the remote then it doesn’t serve its purpose

My office/'mancave' (spare bedroom) is probably the darkest room in the house. I had previously installed a 4 way spot light type of fitting that gave patchy illumination at best. When this one from Vloitgol was offered for review - I tentatively accepted. The reason for this is because the product listing effectively shows it as a 'decoration' really rather than a main light. It would definitely not be my first choice based on the advertised images.And this is a benefit of reviewing for Vine - it gives people the chance to try products they would not normally buy. Because in this case this light fitting has worked out fantastically well!On it's brightest setting - this illuminates my room fully. As the light source is a lot wider there is less shadow - meaning a brighter room. There is a bit of self shadow at the top of the walls but that is minor.The light can go from full brightness to more of an ambient glow. It can also move through pure white to a warm amber glow. Personally I like the white for additional light during the day and a bit more amber at night for a more relaxed feel.Assembly is quite straightforward. I'd recommend having an adjustable spanner if you've got one available; there's a simple spanner provided but I found it a little too big for the nuts. It works if you're careful though. I've attached a close up with the wiring in place (very simple push on connectors). It's quite packed in there - I've used some electrical tape to keep things in place and to make it easier for fitting.A connector block is included in the package (live, neutral, earth) which is good to see. You start by fitting the x-shaped frame to the ceiling. As I've learned from experience - personally I'd add a washer or two behind this to allow some give when attaching the fitting to it later. It's quite flush with the ceiling which is a pain when trying to screw the fitting on afterwards!I'd also recommend 2 people as the fitting itself is quite awkward to handle. I didn't have anyone available (took the opportunity to switch the power off while the family were out!) so I ended up tying the fitting to the ceiling frame with string while sorting the cables!Great quality fitting.

This pretty and bright ceiling light requires some assembly, but all you need and require as tools is included (screwdriver, fixings, wrench) - you also get manual for the installation process and the remote control. I'll start my review with the simple explanation that this ceiling light works absolutely perfect with the remote control that comes with it: it's a five star product - plenty of settings to fully customize the temperature, brightness intensity, quick set buttons for instant dim-down and full-brightness, customization of the light temperature and the brightness, memory settings and even mobile app. Everything works just fine, however there are two quirks concerning the switch on the wall (which is there and is the main switch, the remote as far as my preferences go is an accessory, not the main switch of a ceiling light): this light, I feel like wasn't designed with it in mind: if you switch off the light with the help of the remote control there is about ten seconds interval where you won't be able to turn it back on with the wall switch. The main downside is that if you use the wall switch the ceiling light resets itself and at each new off/on turn it cycles through the three main light temperatures (warm, neutral and cool) - no memory of settings at all, which is very uncomfortable and disappointing - the reason I gave it a three star rating as the wall switch is a vital part of the installation and it wasn't taken in account during the development of this light.

I know they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but there can't be anyone out there that dislikes the look of this... can there?Installed in no time by our electrician. Would love a second but these have become unavailable.
