It is just a plunger that does nothing

This works well to adjust inner pressure. I wouldn’t say it always gets rid of or prevents a migraine, but it provides a lot of relief and increases comfort when there’s a barometric change. I’ve had the name brand version, and this works just as well. This tube on this one is a bit more flexible, so I feel like the angle is better. Given how prone I am to losing things, this price point makes it a lot easier to get replacements and multiples to keep in different places.

I’ve not seen “or heard” any results. I don’t think it works for me
