I used it to help support the knee while going hiking for 3 weeks. I had an old ligament injury which made hiking difficult previously. But I was able to go on this trip without much difficulty. I did use strong knee caps alongside but I could feel the support of the tape as well. It didn't irritate the skin at all. Only drawback was that it had to be changed every 2 -3 days because either it lost it's supporting power or started to come off. Still, deserves 5 stars. Great value for money

I've been using KT from last 8 10 years, all knows prices varies according to the quality, but the picture they have on it is fake, packaging they are sending is different, although it doesn't matter that much, but the product is a piece of waste, it's not waterproof, ever not sweatproof at all, I've applied it 4 times and it removed in 15 20 mins automatically, it is not stretchable (red, yellow, black, blue] they are selling a low quality product, not worth to buy, either go for a bit higher priced tapes, or boldfit is also ok in this price range.

I ordered black , but I received orange color. And the quality is not that good compared to the one I have purchased before. Don't waste your hard earn money on this item very2 crap wrost item . Wish I could give 0 rating

Worst. Hopeless. It's not even an average product. The tape doesn't cut easily, the gum is very weak. Doesn't relive much of pain. Not a value for money product. It's least effective. Don't buy this stupid kniesology tape. I've used two other brands which are best in class.
