Fantastic bike for the price. Smooth and easy and to adjust power assist. Easy to assemble. Powerful boost and good range also. We bought two so my husband and I could ride together.

My husband and I were looking for budget-friendly e-bikes for months. After comparing over 50 different models online this one had the best overall performance and battery for the price. We purchased the bike with the 48V battery and it is STRONG! We have gone on 3 trips so far and have not charged the battery yet. The bike goes fast on the highest level and will get you up every mountain! it is so much fun to ride and of higher quality then I expected! Assembly was easy (I used the video on Amazon instead of the instructions). When we compared different bike models I also used AI to analyze different bikes and this one was ranked Nr. 1 because for the price point it is unbeatable. What I really liked is that you can unlock and take off the battery, and it is like a regular mountain bike (not too heavy like other bikes). The front suspension works really well (you can also lock it if you want) and the brakes work well! So happy about the purchase and hope they will last long because they are so much fun to ride.

Purchased 2 Apex Mountain bikes. One had a cracked LCD screen on the controller. Customer service was amazing! Replacement controller was received within a week! Enjoying our new e-bikes!!

These bikes are high quality and easy to put together! I got two as a surprise from my hubby, and I absolutely love them! Also, customer service is extremely fast and responsive. Overall, positive experience.

This is the worst e-bike I have ever had. The battery barely holds a charge and it does not go anywhere near as fast as advertised.

The bike is great. My wife love it so much. The battery holds for long time. The bike is very comfortable and really good quality.

Firstly the instructions with this bike are pathetic. They have multiple color photos showing you what goes where which is great...except they zoomed their camera in so far you have to try and work out what the photo is even trying to show. The manual is not good at all, I ended up putting it aside and built the bike from logic I guess is the best way to put it. All told there are not that many things to do and it ended up being around 25mins or so.What is bad however is they the photos of the controls and the actual instructions must be for a different model and they have not updated it. They clearly say press and hold the POWER button to turn it on. This does nothing. It ended up being press the + button on the middle of the control panel to actually turn it on. This cost me a LOT of time as I was unplugging all the tiny power leads and re-connecting them (UN-necessarily) I might add if they had just updated their book. I ended up looking this up on Youtube, and there was a video with a guy showing all this... EXCEPT... HIS bike... the same model as this one, was ALSO different!. So they must have changed and altered many things as the model was produced over time...probably to different companies re-badging it.The bike is solid, well made and runs well, but if I was selling these things I would Update the freaking book to smooth the process.Yeah... so far I'd still buy it, and at this stage the main bad thing is really only the book.I'm about to start using this as my daily transport to my work, I'll update this as I go.
