Works very well if you use it often. Works even better if after spraying you can position your head upside down so the spray can get into your nasal nooks and crannies. I find laying on the bed and tilting the head upside down makes a big difference in effectiveness. Works absolutely the best if you can rinse out your nose with a nasal cup or sterile salt solution before spraying the Nasalcrom.

This is the best allergy relief solution for me. Most other non-drowsy allergy meds are way too strong. This works just great for me.

Didn't work

I was sad to see NasalCrom no longer on the shelves at local stores. For years it has alleviated my hay fever symptoms in the spring. Relieving itchiness in my eyes has been the biggest benefit for me.

I've been using this over 10 years to head off my fall seasonal ragweed allergy. It has worked without fail to reduce my symptoms to at most a few days of mild sniffle as opposed to 3 days in bed with awful severe head and chest congestion and flu symptoms.I make a point of putting an annual reminder in my phone calendar for the middle of September to make sure I start this two weeks before the pollen blooms. Works every time.

Highly underutilized product effective for allergic rhinitis. It mitigates nasal burning, itching, and runny nose. It relieves the majority of nasal discomfort without side effects. I've been using it daily for years. No rebound effect.
