I don't take my blood sugar and I haven't been to a doctor. I was having bad dizzy spells. Almost passing out, having to sit down, and grab things as I walked. It went with headache and nausea, very uncomfortable. Could not figure out why. Then one day coming out of Walmart with my husband I had to grab the shopping cart on the way to the car. He remarked, you must have low blood sugar. So I looked up the symptoms and, yeah, dizziness was definitely there. I did not want to stick my fingers. I did not want big pharma. Then I read doctors won't treat low blood sugar. They just give you a one-page diet sheet and send you home. So I looked up this stuff. It has a lot of good things in it. Some I will familiar with, some not, and some at least not as a health remedy. I had looked up on the internet remedies for low blood sugar and found that chromium was one. This has that too. I like natural remedies and the price was good, so I tried it. It did not cure me the first day, but the dizziness lessened. After several day it was pretty much gone. I have a slight spell now and then, after a lot of physical activity (I'm a couch potato). But wow, I feel so much better! I have probably gone through half a bottle and I just subscribed to this stuff. Way excellent!

It has helped bring down my blood sugar about 10 points, & has also helped with a slight weight loss, but the reason I'm planning to start a monthly subscription is that I feel so much better after taking this for a month. Sugar cravings are down & I'm sleeping better. I've been taking it 2x a day (breakfast & dinner), but I'm going to try taking it 3x a day to see if it brings the blood sugar numbers down any more.

Have had hypoglycemia for years but now my blood glucose levels are starting to elevate after some foods eaten...well, carbs. This product helped to prevent blood glucose elevations after eating a limited carb meal but for foods that cause known elevations. Take about 10-15:00 before eating. I wore a trial sensor (continuous glucose monitor) while using this product so I actually saw the difference in blood glucose levels between using it and not using it.

I have low blood sugar, and when I reach that point of getting shaky, I reach for the carbs—although healthy, I am still consuming extra calories. I take 1 capsule with my breakfast, and it holds me to my next meal! I even lost 2 pounds. Totally recommend it!
