I use these for crawfish etouffee. They work great, good texture, and flavor. Devaining is by machine and 98+% perfect, but for anyone squeamish, give the tails a quick clean up and good to go. Pricey but will by again.

I couldn't find Langostino tails, so I took a chance and decided to use these crawfish tails for making squid ink pasta. Shipping was quick, they arrived fully frozen, and while the price is kinda high they're worth it. They do smell a little fishy when you thaw them and open the package, which is generally concerning, but they had great texture and even better taste so it wasn't an issue. The recipe turned out wonderful.

This is ok. I had to clean each piece individually, it says it's cleaned, but there's a lot of crawfish poop on them. It's either poop or some other bodily....thing. Sort of gross, but I'm very glad I didn't just dump them in the stew I was making.

Worked really well in a crawfish etouffe. Used one pack as a test. Will use the other two packs to serve guests this weeked. Very tender and flavorful!
