Q: Is this an aerosol spray? i just bought it thinking it wasn't aerosol, but the box says "this side up aerosol cans". please clarify.

That is avocado oil compressed into a spray - Like Pam cooking spray - but this one you can spray onto your food also - like a salad. Enjoy!

Q: Is it 100% pure avocado oil ,not the fake stuff ?

Hi! It’s been a while since I purchased these 2 sprays, but I looked on the can to refresh my memory and there aren’t any other ingredients added. So, yes it is 100% Avocado Oil. It is not fake and dies very well. I use it mostly to cook my egg whites in the morning, but have also used it in salads and braising meat in the oven. I hope this helped to answer your question.

I haven’t run into this problem with mine, but if I do, my best guess is to run the top under hot water for 15 sec at a time until it clears. Be sure to also clear the plastic top by running it under hot water too.
