My children (and me!) are obsessed with his off, so we use it as a base when we make cheesecake or millionaires shortbreads. Lately it's been impossible to find the biscuits in shops near us (and I don't want to buy the individually wrapped ones as too much plastic waste) so I looked on Amazon. This is perfect as it's cheaper than biscuit packs, and will be blitzed anyway, but mostly because it means my son can't sneakily eat all the biscuits so we always have some available for baking! Win win
