Phone holder for bicycle!
Easy to attach to handlebars! Straps phone in and secures it well. Can move straps to enable seeing different aspects of phone while riding. Liked it so well ordered again for husband’s adult tricycle!

Already added a full MPH to my commute
I ride roughly 100 miles a week; split between commuting and long/workout rides on mostly tore up country roads. I had a wired bike computer years ago that finally bit the dust and was never replaced because I wasn't a huge fan of it. I looked into wireless computers, but realized that was silly because I always bring my phone with me. Once I realized a cell phone mount was for me; I set out to find one that would be durable but also have a reasonable price point. Eventually I came across the Bone Bike Tie X and figured I'd give it a shot. I've got a Huawei P20 (can you tell I'm a frugal shopper?) which is a medium to large sized phone plus a case mounted to the Bike Tie and it fits very snugly. It takes about 10 seconds to get the phone into the mount and adjusted so the straps don't cover the light sensor at the top or the fingerprint sensor at the bottom. Even with the phone mounted on my road bike bars, I have enough room to use all 3+ hand positions. The phone is LOCKED into the mount and I'm about 900% confident it will never fall out. The only minor annoyance is the phone and mount will rotate around the handlebar during sustained vibration or over big bumps. On a 2 hour ride I'll usually have to adjust it a few times, but that only involves pushing on top of the phone to rotate it back the other way. I've only been using it for a week, so I can't speak to the durability, but it feels sturdy and I don't see it falling apart anytime soon. Having my fitness tracker up during the entirety of my ride has provided enough of a feedback loop to increase my average speed by almost 10%. I guess I didn't realize how much I was slacking. The Bike Tie is great; I'd recommend it for serious or casual riders. EDIT: One of the corner loops finally failed after 5 years. I ride a lot, so it's seen plenty of sun exposure. I also loaded my phone unevenly so applied quite a bit of extra stretch. I'm about to order another.

Strong and secure, but not the best for cycle touring
For an inexpensive handlebar phone mount this is a good product, so four stars. I used it on a thousand-mile ride from Seattle to San Francisco. If you want to put your phone on your bars for the duration of the ride and not remove it, I'd give it five stars. The material used is strong, flexible and it does a good job of absorbing vibration. But, and this is a big But, if you want to be whipping the phone off for a quick photo and replacing it just as quickly, I wouldn't recommend it. Mounting and unmounting the phone is a two-handed job that's a wee bit fussy and requires your full attention. If you think you might want to be taking photos on the fly, or just very quickly, as some cycle tourists are apt to do, then the Morpheus or Quad Lock products look like better products, although I've not tried them so I can't be sure. Also, you can buy two or three of these for the price of one of those. Mounting and unmounting the phone. It's something to think about, because personally I found this process a little annoying after a while, even after I'd learned how to do it one-handed while on the move (a really foolish and dangerous practice, btw). I'd not considered this aspect of ownership before buying, and if I had I'd have spent $40-$60 on one of the other mentioned products, which I think would have better suited my particular needs.

Holds securely!
This just came yesterday (bought on Prime Day) and I used it this morning on a 22 mile ride. The corner bands are so close to the edge of the phone that I feared I would hit a bump and it would go flying. But it held securely the whole time, even when I reached around the back to use the fingerprint scanner to unlock my phone. I hit some substantial bumps as well as some repetitive vibrations (a lengthy boardwalk) and it held my LG V40 thinQ securely the whole time. I like this better than my old case and am happy with it. Update: I have had this phone holder for about a year and 7 months. One of the 4 corner bands just broke today. The cycling season here is about 9 months long and I have probably ridden 7k miles since getting this phone holder. Even though it broke, I feel like I got my money's worth. I am reordering the exact same one because I love the design. A lot of the similar ones cover up the finger print sensor on the back of my phone, so this one works perfect for my phone. (I can't switch to facial recognition because I have a visor --- bug shield --- on my bike helmet that covers the top half of my face.) Also, I have a Pop Socket on the back of my phone case and it still fits on this holder without a problem. Even though I think this is a bit overpriced compared to other similar ones available on Amazon, since this design works better for my phone, I am willing to pay the higher price for this one.

Amazing design - Secure and easy setup
I have an HTC ONE M8. At first the mount seemed too small. It stretches enough, and fits secure and tight enough where you don't have to worry about your phone. I was worried at first, but I've gone multiple rides and almost 150 miles and so far no problems at all. The entire mount might wiggle a bit here and there over long stretches of bumpy road, but it is in no danger of falling off or sliding to the side. The rubber might wear out over time? Too early to say, and seems fine so far. This is a great phone mount, and it's so easy to setup and take off your bike. Huge selling point for me since I didn't want to use a bracket mount that would be on my bike all the time. Glad I took the chance on this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a phone mount.

Fits my 6.1" phone with a case. Since it doesn't have plastic parts, it's less likely to break. The only downside is that it might accidentally press the power and/or volume buttons with the rubber, depending on how you position it. Requires some fiddling around when securing the phone, but it's manageable.

I wasn't sure how this was going to work when I got it. There isn't a lot to it. It bends easy and is very light. I wondered if I was going to lose my phone. I use it mountain biking and do have some good crashes at times. This goes on very easy. The phone goes in very easy (I have a Samsung S8). The phone has never come out, and a couple wipe outs I had were a good test for sure. It is easy to operate the phone in the holder. You might have to adjust the straps a bit to get them out of the way of the buttons on the bottom of the phone, but once you do adjust it all is good. For the price this is a good phone holder.

Product quality is really good. The feel of the material is also nice.. It does not feel like regular rubbery material. My Iphone Xs Max fits in perfectly fine. The grip on the bike is also amazing. I would assume this product will last long and not be brittle as it gets old.
