Warped mold
I ordered 2 pieces. One came in a sealed plastic bag and was fine. The second one was warped and was in an opened plastic bag. I don't know why anyone would even ship the warped one out, especially when it can be compared to a perfectly good one. The return was a hassle--had to find parking, pay for the meter, etc. I'm unhappy that there's no quality control. The warped item should not have been shipped in the first place. As for the product itself, I'm sure it's fine, that's why I gave it a 3-star.

Beautiful but fragile
I love doing chocolate work and when I first found this while doing some shopping, I fell in love with the stained glass like look to it. Sadly, the plastic is weak. It cracked the day I got it from the mail. I didn't even get a chance to use it for the first time before it started cracking. And yes I was careful. Be very careful using it and keep some glue or tape near by to fix the cracks.
