Good product, but details matter
Good product, BUT: - be careful when buying. Amazon can sell you used product with no disclaimer, I discovered it in the app when I saw that the filter health is 97% already, though it was very first run. Also some inner packaging (according to the manual) was not there - I’m not paranoic, but the app (which is designed to work only with indoor humidifier and nothing else) asks you for a location to show the weather. I don’t need the weather to be displayed in the app - I have a Weather app for that. And this is mandatory requirement to run the app and enjoy additional functionality of the product itself (adjustable fan speed, target humidity, light brightness and so on)

Bad experience
After receiving the new product, I turned it on in my bedroom and took a short nap. When I woke up, I noticed throat irritation but wasn’t sure what caused it — I initially thought it might be viral. Later, I received a notification on the app stating that the filter had expired. I immediately turned off the device and ordered a replacement. When my friend visited me, he noticed a strange smell in my room. That’s when I realized my throat irritation was caused by the expired filter. I’m glad my kids weren’t with me at the time. This experience made me think that having a humidifier and air purifier combined in one device isn’t a good idea, as it can become toxic once the filter expires. I’ve decided not to use this device anymore.

No connection wifi
The Machine is for so far good but the wifi commectiom is not succesful we ordered 2 philips air purifier and both machines don't connect to the app through wifi

زوجتي تعاني من انفها بسبب جفاف الأجواء لدينا وارتاحت له لوجود ميزة الترطيب الممير الفلتر يغير كل سنة والجهاز رائع يمكن ربطه بالتطبيق والتحكم به يعطي درجة الحراراة والرطوبة ونقاوة الهواء ومسببات الحسسية لكن يعيب التطبيق انه صعب التعامل معه نوعا ما

The manual suggests weekly cleaning and washing of the humidifying filter with citric acid. That seems way too frequent compared to other humidifiers from Phillips and other brands.

9 months daily continous use at night in bedroom. No performance decline. I like the auto settings. Boost at bedtime and in the morning. Can easily adjust desired humity level to how I like it. Counterbalances very well the dryness and dust from heating. No more blocked nose in the morning. Fan noise in sleep mode is almost silent. Yes, requires water refill every 2-3 days, takes 2 mins. Not really a mobile unit, keep it where you need it. App is fine, easy to use if you spend 10 mins to learn it. Can connect with Siri etc. I am glad I bought it.

Overall, it is a good device and does the job well, but if you need to use it with the Philips Air+ app, be ready for connection problems. Once the device was disconnected from the app for some reason I was not able to reconnect again! Also, integration with Siri is partial, when you do a shortcut you can only use it on the phone not on a HomePod, as other brands
