I don't think so. I think they are zinc plated carbon steel

Apologies in advance as I know this is less of an answer than you were looking for. I don’t have a strong recollection of the exact packaging but I do know with certainty that it was nothing special or worth keeping, since I didn’t.

I don't think so. They come individually packaged but they are not marked sterile. They are stainless steel so they can be sterilized.

Can you sterilize these implements?

You should use 18/8 stainless steel if you plan to autoclave over and over. They are a little more expensive.
