If you put Velcro tape on the Vita and on the Nyko clip, yes.Without Velcro tape, no.

Works to place tablet 8.3 inch LG G PAD?

I do not know the exact dimensions of the LG G Pad 8.3, but I would presume the answer is no. While the clip extends enough and is strong enough to hold my iPhone 4 or iPhone 5s, it does not extend enough, nor is it strong enough to hold my iPad mini which is smaller than the LG G Pad 8.3
