I work from home, always at my computer, recently got a new desk and it changed my normal seating position. I started to rest my left foot on the base of the chair above the wheels, after a couple of weeks i noticed my foot starting to get really sore, finally realising what was causing it i still couldn't really change position as the way i was sitting just felt more comfortable, so would end up in that position without thinking. I tried a cushion under my foot which didn't really work , Then i bought this! to be honest the price kinda put me off to begin with, it seemed expensive for what it was, but i needed to try something and there wasn't much else that looked decent quality. I never expected much when it arrived but took it out the box and fired it down, instantly felt relief on my sore foot and it gave me a much better seating position., I whipped my socks off and it felt great against my skin too, If i've had my socks on for hours i actually look forward to taking them off and putting my feet on the footrest lol. Took me about a week to properly get out the habit of resting my foot at the base of the chair and using this at all times. Not had any pain at all for weeks now, i'm also a lot more comfortable at my desk, before my legs would sometimes go numb after sitting for ages but this keeps them raised at a good comfortable height and stops that. No idea if you can stick it in the washing machine or not, there is a zip that runs round it so the inner foam is easy to remove. I usually just give it a quick clean with a cloth every other day when i'm tidying up my work area, It still looks as good as new and my feet are comfy as hell right now whilst i type this haha.,

Office Foot Rest Under Desk: Ergonomic Footrest Cushion with Angled Half Cylinder Design I have had, and still do a number of footrests but this is the first one that is not made out of pure plastic with the pivot going back and forth. I wanted one that i can use with bare feet or while wearing socks. I use this at home where i will not be wearing shoes most times. it is an excellent foot rest. The foam is not really firm but also not too soft that it can not hold on to the weight of your legs. It feels great on bare feet (one of the biggest problems with plastic foot rests) and also has a nice comforting feel when moving the feet across it. It is possible to use it upside down to have a rocking feel, but i did not find that useful Overall, this is ideal for a home office or somewhere where you are not wearing shoes, not ideal for a typical office where wearing shoes and using this will not be using it to its full potential i would say.

I work from home so I could choose whatever I wanted. My wife has a similar footrest and was very happy so I went for this one as it fitted under my desk and I liked the asymmetric shape. It's comfortable and effective and keeps my feet off the cold floor too. It would benefit from a bit more in the way of grippy rubber dots on the bottom but it's not a big problem. Overall it seems pretty good. Early days though so can't comment on longevity.

...sorry for shouting. But this is insane. I'm sitting here at my pc and just started using this. I sound like a cringey American advert for pills or whatever, but the title was not an exaggeration. I would've used italics too, if it would've given me the option. I cannot believe it. I'm sitting here, upright instead of hunched, both feet parallel instead of my left foot leaning on the chair leg (Admit it! You're doing it right now!), my whole body literally feels more relaxed. I bought this because a) I work from home, and b) my rock'n'roll lifestyle means I spend another good portion of my day sitting at my pc playing games, c) I didn't want to regret purchasing either of the other "best" alternatives (a plastic cantilever or an oversized wrist-rest) if they didn't do what I needed them to do, which was fix my posture whilst sitting here! The reverse (flat rather than curved) side is equally comfortable, and seems to benefit those that wish to have the freedom to move around and keep the blood flowing, whilst also keeping their feet in a comfortable position. Fantastic design, super impressed and literally - *LITERALLY* - sitting more comfortably. Wish I'd bought one years ago. These should be in every office environment as a standard piece of equipment! :)

This foot rest is just what I was looking for. The size is perfect for raising my feet to a comfortable level (I am 5ft3). The firmness of the rest is just right, supportive and comfortable for both in and out of shoes. The main reason I chose this version was the cover material has the grip dots all over and not just on the flat surface. This makes it suitable for using as a rocker on the curved surface without concern that it will slip out of position unlike the others I have viewed. It works really well on both the flat and curved side. I recommend it.

Sin embargo, la espuma no es todo lo firme que me hubiese gustado, así como los puntos antideslizantes que tiene no sirven prácticamente para nada en superficies como el parquet, lo que hace que se resbale con cierta frecuencia, más de la que me gustaría.
